Almost skipped it - thought it might be a tourist trap, but Jake was funny, informative; my doubts vanished.
Easy smooth ride
Took the bike tour last weekend; guide Jake felt friendly and knowledgeable, bikes rode smooth — overall glad
Small surprise, big day
Tried it last summer; first impression was relaxed and fun. Luka, skipper, was chill, knowledgeable, and even showed a secret cove.
Calm moment
Knew I was satisfied when he steered into a calm bay and everyone relaxed. Had worse trips, glad this one worked.
Solid guide, worth it
Definitely worth it. Guide was funny yet professional and kept us on track, tour length felt just right — not perfect but solid, better.
Instantly sold at the dock
We stepped onto the dock, first minute I knew — honestly, lakes gorgeous and Thomas was funny and helpful, made whole trip, grateful
Guide saved the day
We were already grumpy from a chaotic prior tour, then this guide jumped in—friendly, efficient, kept the pace comfy, and actually made it fun.
Left hanging last minute
Booked a month ahead and they pulled the Harry Potter tour a week before — really annoying and left me scrambling. Won't risk Viator again.
Lake trip win
Totally worth it — needed an escape from chronic back pain, and the lakes calmed me; Thomas was helpful, funny, and super chill.
Solid, informative tour
Andre knows his stuff, lots of local trivia. I needed easy travel due to a sore back, bus was comfy and cool.
Comfy ride, cool tips
We hopped on this tour for an afternoon — guide knew tons, bus was super comfy and cool, loved the random local tips he slipped in.
Left hanging on the corner
On a weekend trip, standing on the corner, the guide pretended not to see us, support was useless, we missed the tour — still, friends turned it into a decent day, so I'm relieved.
Easy, surprisingly chill ride
Needed a low-impact way to get out after a week of back pain and a messy move. The e-bike was super smooth, surprisingly quiet, and easy to handle, way better than circling the park in my car — actually kind of relaxing.
The halfway grin
Halfway up a shady trail I realized I was grinning — the e-bike had me where the car couldn't, and suddenly the park felt way more alive. Totally worth it, honestly. If you like views, do this, you won't regret it.
Low-key great stops
We hit three gorgeous spots and it felt relaxed, not rushed — nice pace for photos and sitting down. Our guide Jesse kept things light, kind of funny, and we got breaks whenever the rain let up.
Chill, lucky morning
Was unsure before booking — worried it'd be rushed and touristy — but Jesse paced things perfectly. The three stops were beautiful, nice break from my usual work-week slog, and the rain even cleared (lucky). Felt relaxed.
Weekend beer crash course
Totally worth it — I was skeptical at first, but these two guys know their stuff, no, seriously. Learned Portuguese beers, ate like a local, and now I use their tips for weekend bar hops.
Called it quits
Not for me — I ditched their packages and booked tours myself. I bought the card because I was traveling with a sore back and wanted simple no-brainer options, but support was curt and condescending (Andrew wasn't helpful), so we found better tours.
Early-morning guide
I booked this on a whim the first morning in town and Gabriella showed up on time, clear directions, good customer service. The walk was informative, delivery smooth — felt genuine, a touch more lively than expected.
Two solid guides
Quietly enjoyed the walk with those two guides — they steered us through neat spots, shared beer and food tips, and explained local customs without fuss. Felt relaxed, learned stuff, happier than I expected overall.
