I almost didn't buy this — over €200 felt like a lot. The site looked clean so I went for it for quiet nights at home. Then it got "stolen" on delivery and DPD admitted fault, but Kiiroo told me to use Route. Route asked for a OneNotary form, my ID and a PayPal, which I don't have — I paid with bancontact. Still waiting, kind of stuck.
Finally reliable support
they replied fast and fixed a billing hiccup by applying a discount even though the promo was over. I’ve dealt with support from other companies that ghost you, so this stood out. They answer the same dumb questions twice, don’t ignore you, and it made me quietly relieved — I’ll keep using them.
