I almost talked myself out of ordering, lots of mixed feedback floating around, but in the end I went for it because the price looked decent and I needed the stuff before the weekend. Ordered July 2, got that hopeful “your order shipped” email on the 3rd — so I was like, cool, this will be here. I did actually get some of the items and tried the juice right away; surprisingly good flavor, way better than I figured from the product pics, so that was a nice surprise. But then things went sideways. On the 8th I got an email saying the coils were out of stock and they’d refund that part in 8–10 business days. Tracking only ever showed a printed label from the 3rd, nothing else. I replied to customer service twice and heard nothing back, which is annoying because they didn’t even ask if I wanted a substitute or anything. So my initial doubts didn’t fully disappear — I liked the stuff that arrived, but the missing, essential coils and the silence on support left me stuck and frustrated. Planning to contact my card company if it drags on.

So yeah, my doubts came back — and stayed. I wrote twice, no reply, they didn't ask if I wanted a replacement or to swap items, they just... promised a refund. To be fair, the refund promise is something and I'm kind of relieved it's not a total scam, but waiting over a week with zero communication is annoying. I've had better service elsewhere, and worse too, so it's not the worst shopping experience I've ever had, just messy. Next step is probably calling my card company if the refund drags on.

Pod Vape, Coils, Juice
I recently ordered from this website for the first time, and I have to say I was really impressed. The prices were great and they had a ton of products to choose from. I got a pod vape, coils, and juice. When my order came, everything was brand new and checked out on the product brand's website, which was comforting. But after using the pod system for a bit, I ran into some issues with the battery. I emailed customer service, and they got back to me fast with some good tips. Even though the problem wasn't fixed, I reached out again and they handled it with no problem. Phillip from customer service was amazing - he kept me updated and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, my pod system is working perfectly now. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely shop here again.
Payment issue, multiple charges, no order number
I had the most frustrating experience trying to place an order on a website recently. I made a payment, but then the system asked me to double-check my bank card number, which I did. However, the payment still didn't go through. So, I tried using a different bank card and a credit card, but ran into the same problem. To make matters worse, I found multiple charges on my bank account from all my attempts to make the payment. And on top of that, I never got an order confirmation number. Now I'm just sitting here wondering when I will get my money back in my bank account. It's been such a headache!

This place is seriously awesome! I received my order so quickly, just as they promised. The items I got were exactly what I was looking for, and everything was top-notch. Product not delivered by post office
I ordered something from this company not too long ago, but the post office totally dropped the ball and didn't deliver it when they were supposed to. I had to rearrange things and even took a day off work to make sure I was home to get my package, but it never came. So, here I am feeling super annoyed and without the product I paid good money for. On top of all that, missing a day's pay just adds insult to injury. It's clear that their so-called "free" shipping isn't very dependable, and they don't have many other shipping options to choose from either.

Vape purchase
My experience with this company was terrible. My first order took almost a week to even ship out, and they blamed it on holiday delays. I decided to give them another chance, but it's been almost two weeks now and my order still hasn't been shipped, saying there were "unexpected delays." Waiting two weeks for a purchase to be shipped is just not acceptable. Because of their inefficiency, I unfortunately had to go back to smoking regular cigarettes. It's obvious to me that this company doesn't care about their customers and doesn't care about making them happy. They are really unreliable and unprofessional, even worse than any government office I've had to deal with.
Vape kit with signature delivery
Hey VaporDNA, I've gotta get real with you for a minute. So, I bought this awesome vape kit from you the other day, but it had to be signed for upon delivery. The thing is, the post office just won't come up to my doorstep, even when I'm home and all ready to receive the package. It's super frustrating, you know? I get that you can't control the post office, but have you thought about offering FedEx or UPS as alternatives? My orders keep showing up late, which means I have to go all the way into town and wait in line at the post office. Let's be honest here, USPS isn't the greatest and it's about time you step up and give us customers better service options!

Hey y'all, I've been shopping at this place since 2015 and for the most part, it's been good. The one thing that gets on my nerves is that they don't offer free shipping. And every now and then, the things I want are sold out, which is disappointing. When that happens, I usually end up checking out another website because I prefer to get everything I need in a single order.
24 bottles vape juice

The website is definitely legit, I mean, I got my order, so that's good, right? But it took a whole week to get to me and I was expecting it sooner because I needed my coils ASAP, but oh well. The coils came in their box, but the box wasn't even closed, like what's that all about? And the eliquid box was totally banged up, probably from the shipping craziness in California.
