I expected business class to feel smoother, especially for what I paid. The flight from London was okay, nothing memorable, but JFK was a mess. No bag, little interest from the Aer Lingus desk, and it showed up three days later looking pretty beat up.
One bag took the scenic route
My son’s suitcase reached Chicago, but mine somehow ended up in Dublin. Customer service was polite when I called, though they didn’t have much of an answer at first. It arrived two days later, so not a disaster, but I’d keep essentials in a carry-on next time.
