JFK was its usual mess with construction everywhere, but once I reached the Aer Lingus desk, things finally felt easy. Check-in moved quickly, and the staff were genuinely pleasant. The flight attendants were welcoming too. Nothing fancy, but that calm, efficient start made a real difference.
Vacation plans hit turbulence early
Our vacation barely left the runway before the headaches started. We booked Business Class straight through Aer Lingus, expecting the easy start we needed after a stressful few months. Instead, the first part of the itinerary felt muddled and nobody seemed eager to sort it out. Pretty deflating, honestly.
Honeymoon ending on a sour note
Coming home from our honeymoon, we really needed our checked bag right away—it had souvenirs and personal things in it. Aer Lingus lost it, and getting useful answers from customer service felt like pulling teeth. It wasn’t total chaos, but the vague updates and delay definitely put a damper on the trip.
