Coming home from our honeymoon, we really needed our checked bag right away—it had souvenirs and personal things in it. Aer Lingus lost it, and getting useful answers from customer service felt like pulling teeth. It wasn’t total chaos, but the vague updates and delay definitely put a damper on the trip.
