Brake upgrade for 2018 luxury car
I just bought a new brake upgrade for my 2018 luxury ride from these guys and let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. The package got lost in the mail, which sucked, but the team there really stepped up to help me track it down. They even opened up a ticket to stay on top of things and make sure I was taken care of. Thankfully, a postal worker eventually found the package, but I gotta give major props to the team for going above and beyond.
Prompt dispatch, good packing, perfect fit and smooth function
I recently ordered some rotors and pads and they got shipped out right away. The packaging was super secure and when I got them, they fit just right. They've been working like a dream, no noise or issues at all. This was actually my second time ordering from this company and I gotta say, they're now our top choice for anything friction-related.
Brake pads purchase
I ordered some brake pads but I forgot to check my email for a discount. So I called customer service to cancel and reorder with the discount. They told me the discount was already applied even though it wasn't. Now I don't want to order from them again because I don't appreciate being lied to.
Brake parts purchase
The folks at this company really knew their stuff when I called to place my order. They answered all my questions and gave me some good advice on which products to get. My parts arrived quickly and right on schedule, just like they promised. I'm really happy with the service I got and will definitely be coming back for more.
Super easy, great quality, upgrade over stock
I recently picked up a full brake kit from this shop and wow, I gotta say I am so impressed! Ordering it was a breeze and the quality of the products is top-notch. The service was super friendly and really helpful. And let me tell you, I noticed a massive improvement in my braking distance compared to my old brakes. I've purchased complete kits for my Ford Super Duty from this shop in the past, and I can't recommend them enough for all your brake needs!

Brake Performance, a shop from where I use to buy brake shoes,rooters,brake kits and brake pads etc , very common spares but very very essential parts required in any vehicles.
Why this is a trusted shop.. Because fully warranty, fully service and replacement assurances in case of failure, what I didn't see in last seven years.
