shuttle ride and airport pickup
The driver who took us to and from the airport was really friendly and made sure to be on time, even though it was crazy early. The communication with the company was great, they told us everything we needed to know. Overall, it was a really good experience!
Reservation process simple
I haven't ridden with them yet, but I went ahead and made a reservation for next month! The process was so easy online, and now I feel relieved knowing I have a ride all set up for when I need it. No more worrying about navigating through a new airport or going through the trouble of renting a car. It's definitely a better option than driving on unknown streets and struggling to find parking!
Efficient airport pick-up
I had a really good experience with Shuttlefare for my airport pick-up. The driver, I think his name was William, was super friendly and made me feel at ease during the ride. Even though it was my first time using them, I was impressed by how fast the driver got to the airport after I called. And the person I talked to on the phone told me what the car looked like and even called me back to make sure the driver was there. It was way better than I expected - definitely a great experience.
Incorrect Date Request, Excellent Customer Service, Reasonable Price, Pleasant Driver
I can't believe I made such a silly mistake by requesting the wrong date for my shuttle service, but thankfully the customer service rep I spoke with was incredibly helpful and corrected it with no problem. Not only did they fix my mistake, but they also had a great sense of humor that made the situation less stressful. The price for the shuttle service was surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service provided. Our driver was amazing, engaging us in conversation and making the thirty-minute ride feel like it went by in a flash. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service and would definitely recommend it to others.
Hassle-free airport transportation

Cheap roundtrip shuttle service
The shuttle service was really great because it was way cheaper than getting two Ubers. They texted me and were pretty quick to respond. I got all the details about my driver before they picked me up, and they got me to my destination with no issues. Overall, it was a pretty cool experience.
Airport shuttle service
I took this shuttle service to get to the airport and it was really easy to schedule online. They sent me an email and a text to confirm my pick up. The driver showed up on time and even texted me their name an hour before they got there. The ride was smooth and they drove safely to the airport. I'll definitely use this service again.
Uber ride confusion
I was in a bind when Uber let me down, but Shuttlefare came to the rescue! I was amazed by how fast they were able to find a solution to my transportation issue, and the whole process went smoothly and stress-free. Shuttlefare even gave me detailed instructions on how to meet my Uber driver, including her contact information and vehicle details. I really appreciated the clear communication and peace of mind that Shuttlefare provided throughout the entire process. I was thankful for their prompt and efficient service, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. I give them a 10/10 recommendation!
One-way Gold Coast airport transfer
I just booked a one-way airport transfer from Surfers Paradise to Gold Coast airport. I was almost done with the booking when my internet cut out. The next morning, I got an email checking if I still wanted to finish the booking, which I did without a problem. The online payment was easy, and I just got my confirmation email with all the pick-up info. The service was great and really professional. I definitely recommend it.
Last-minute airport shuttle booking
I had to hurry up and book a shuttle to the airport on this website right before my flight. Our original pick-up guy got held up because of a flight delay, but the service kept in touch with us and made sure everything was cool. It all went really smoothly and took away a lot of stress, so I'm definitely gonna use this website next time I need a ride.
Fantastic Service and Great Communication
Isaias Reis was an amazing driver and host for us. His service was fantastic, he communicated well, and he was so friendly! We couldn't have asked for a better person to pick us up after a long flight. Both times he was right on time with no problems, and the price was great too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a pick up, and if you get Isaias, consider yourself lucky because you're getting more than your money's worth. We can't thank him enough! 😃
Fantastic Shuttle Service
I just took a shuttle service from my house to the airport, and let me tell you, it was amazing. The driver was so professional, on time, and really paid attention to everything. He even reached out to me before to say he was on his way and showed up early. The van was super clean and comfy, plus the driver made sure all our stuff was put on and taken off safely. It was seriously stress-free and I had a great time. I totally suggest this service to anyone who needs a dependable ride to the airport.
Booked a car service
I had the most terrible experience using this service. The driver arrived 1.5 hrs before the assigned pick-up time and then started the waiting timer for 60 min. The driver did not check the status of the flight which was delayed by 1/2 hr either to adjust their pick-up time. I was in constant touch with the driver and told her that she was early and that my pickup was much later but she did not accept what I said. She ended up leaving and putting me as a "NO SHOW" even before I had come out of the airport. This was after I told her I was in the immigration line and just 15-20 min away from getting out. I am extremely disappointed by the miscommunication between Shuttlefare and its drivers. I had to get a much more expensive Uber from the airport and Shuttlefare refused to pay the difference in amount. I would not recommend this service.
Car Service
This is the worst car service I have ever experienced. Don't use this service because they are cheap. My driver was horrible on our trip to NY he was rude. On our return trip they guy was more than an hour late. We had to get an Uber or we would have missed our flight. I kept calling them and the phone would continue to hang up. Then after 45 minute the guy called and said he was 25 mins away. This was the worst I have ever dealt with. I WASTED MONEY ON A RETURN TRIP TO THE AIRPORT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED.
Shuttle from airport
They left my wife stranded and wouldnt rebook her shuttle after weather delayed her flight one day. They also would refund. Stay away!
Shuttle service
Dont use Shuttlefare! They are terrible. Wont pick you up, will let you down, will run around and hurt you. Customer service line hangs up on you. Dont take my word...read their BBB reviews! They stink!
Shuttle services in Dallas,TX and San Antonio
We used this company 6 times. We won't make this mistake again. Driver overslept and we almost missed our flight. This most recent trip to San Antonio with 9 people was a nightmare. Never the correct sized van for 9 people, dangerous driver, always late. Very poor communication.
Uber Driver (Shuttlefare)
I recommend NOT to use Uber or Lyft aspect of company.Was 30 minutes late with picking up me and a party of 3 from Orlando International Airport. I needed lift to Sanford International in which I missed the flight as a result.Then got stranded in Airport because flights leave out every other day.Called to complain and was told I should of left 2hrs early from Airport.Very rude and disrespectful.Definitely DON’T use!!
Pick up drop off
Driver demanded cash from me after I paid for the pickup in advance. Held me in his van until I gave him money even after I showed him I already paid. Shuttlefare refused to help or refund me because they said I should have got a receipt from the man holding me hostage. Outrageous!
