Lost tires, issue with Fedex
We ordered some tires and they were missing because of Fedex, but Erika from SimpleTire was really helpful and sorted it all out. Turns out it was Fedex's mistake, not SimpleTire's. Erika is great! We ended up getting the missing tires later on.
Tires for my vehicle
I was a little hesitant at first because of some bad reviews, but I ended up having a great experience. The shipping was super quick - only took 4 days for me to pick up my order at the FedEx store. I chatted with customer service and they gave me a little discount and made sure the tires I wanted were in stock. I was really impressed with the wide variety of options they had on their website.
Quality tires at attractive prices
I got my tires a day ahead of schedule. I've bought a few different brands that aren't as well-known and they've worked fine for me. The tires were rotated smoothly with hardly any wobbling and needed only a small amount of weight to balance them. I saved a ton of money compared to the big name brands. I'll have to wait and see how they hold up with wear, but I feel pretty good about the money I saved.
Only 2 tires delivered
Hey, so I ordered 4 tires but only 2 came in. Kinda bummed about it, you know? I already had my install and alignment scheduled, now I gotta go back again whenever the other 2 decide to show up. It's gonna end up costing me more money and time, which sucks.

I just bought some tires from this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. They have a really nice variety of tires and the prices are pretty good. The shipping was fast, and I liked that they work with local installers. But, I did run into a problem with their manufacturer's warranty process that was kind of a big deal.

I just got some tires from this tire company and it was actually a pretty good experience, even though the website had some glitches at first. When I was having trouble picking a place to get the tires put on, the support team was right there to help me out. They made sure the tires were sent to the right place for installation and made sure everything went smoothly the whole way through. I was really impressed by how much they cared about helping me out and making sure everything was good.
