    Motorcycle GPS navigator

    So in November of 2021, I decided to pick up this Motorcycle GPS navigator for $295, including a 2-year warranty and lifetime updates. Let me tell you, I put that thing to work every day, rain or shine, and it never let me down... until December 2023 rolled around and it just started looping on boot. I freaked out a bit, but then I remembered about the warranty and checked out the repair info they sent me. I figured I'd have to cough up some cash since the warranty was up, but they only charged me $108 for the fix. What a relief! I paid up quick and got a tracking number for my device's return. When I got the package back, guess what? A brand spanking new GPS unit! Turns out, my old one was toast, so they sent me a fresh replacement even though the warranty was expired. Now that is some top-notch customer service, especially post-Brexit. This company has really gone above and beyond for me, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

    I have been a part of Daimler till the few months back Not too many days Tomtom is newest one for tacking system Almost every year partly or fully trackable software coming to market Every next day is new ears with technology Even through small application what is available for free on app stores But professional tracking is with few companies only A HD view expected today and that is available here in TomTom
    I left Daimler and a travel agency I am running since October 2020 and using vehicle software for all my card and vans of Tomtom If wish to keep perfect tracking on vehicles this could be right choice.

    GPS device purchase

    The GPS I bought is seriously amazing. It’s made road trips so much easier by helping me find my way in new areas smoothly. But man, dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare. Trying to reach them was a pain - no phone number or email, and that chat bot was no help at all. Seriously, in this day and age, how can a company not have good customer service? It’s just not right.

    Troublesome TomTom upgrade

    I tried to upgrade my navigation system recently and it's been a total nightmare. The company's software and support are seriously lacking. No matter how many times I've tried, I just can't get the upgrade to work. Now I'm stuck with this pricey device that I can't even use. I wouldn't recommend this brand if you want something that works well and is easy to use.

    Man, this update process is such a nightmare. I thought I had it all figured out with my fancy Mac and all, but nope. Tried connecting my device to the computer, downloading the map I bought, and reaching out to customer service for help. None of it worked! Such a waste of time and money. Stick with Google Maps and save yourself the headache.

    Navigation device purchased

    I recently bought a GPS from this company and man, oh man, did I run into some issues. I had to hit up a computer whiz just to figure out their Connect platform. Even after that, when I tried updating the GPS, it kept giving me a "updating. Do not disconnect" message but nothing actually updated. And don't even get me started on the routes it was sending me on in Ashford, Kent - totally outdated and had me going in circles with roundabouts that didn't even exist anymore! The lack of good updates and customer service left me feeling super frustrated and let down. I couldn't even talk to a real person at the company, which was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    TomTom GO Navigator

    I'm really upset about the TomTom GO Navigator I bought recently. It's just so slow, the touchscreen hardly works, the mount is flimsy and broke right away, and the sticky stuff on the dashboard disk doesn't even stick. I'm just really disappointed in the whole thing and wish I never got it.

    Professional truck sat nav

    I recently bought a professional truck GPS from this company, and man, I gotta tell you, I am really bummed out with the product and the whole experience. The system updates actually made things worse rather than better, and the map updates just messed up navigation even more. And to top it off, the charging port got all loose and wonky, making it a pain to charge the dang thing. The customer support was just terrible, I mean, I can't believe they thought that was okay. This is definitely the first and last time I'm buying something from them. I mean, I shelled out a ton of money for something that was supposed to be top-notch and reliable.

    Update failure on old GPS device

    My old TomTom GPS needed an update, but it ended up being a total bust. Now it won't load the maps and is basically useless. And dealing with customer support was just as frustrating.

    GPS Navigator

    I got a new GPS Navigator to replace my old one that died on me. But, man, I gotta say - I'm really let down by this one. The traffic app only works on my phone, which is a pain. Plus, I had to make a whole new email just to use it - like, why can't I just use the one I already have? And I can't even transfer my important POI databases. Also, those voices on the thing are so irritating. Honestly, this GPS was a huge waste of money. I should've just gone with Garmin like I originally thought.

    GPS navigation system purchase

    The search button on this GPS is seriously the worst. It never works when I need it to, and that's so annoying. And oh man, don't even get me started on the old speed limit info - seriously, update that thing! I tried to fix it, but no dice. I'm about ready to chuck this GPS out the window and switch to Google Maps. That thing works like a dream and has all the places I want. Come on, TomTom, time to up your game!

    Satellite navigation system

    This company is so hard to get in touch with when it comes to troubleshooting my new satellite navigation system. The thing kept crashing and when I asked for help, they just told me to charge it for 4 hours. Like, really? That didn't fix anything. Plus, no phone number to call and only a chat service? So annoying. The customer service was not very helpful or knowledgeable, which was super disappointing and frustrating.

    Navigation App Subscription

    I just got this navigation app subscription that everyone's raving about, but man, it's not living up to the hype at all. I shelled out some serious cash for it, but all it does is keep popping up with annoying messages that cover up the map while I'm driving. It's beyond irritating and it's making it way harder to get where I need to go. I was expecting a smooth ride, but instead, I feel like I threw my money away on something that doesn't even work right. The whole thing has been a letdown and I'm pretty upset with how things are turning out.

    Paid yearly subscription issue

    I just switched from one operating system to another and ran into a problem with my yearly subscription that I paid for. I couldn't keep using it on the new platform without shelling out more money for a new subscription. It really ticked me off and felt shady on their end. I'm thinking about complaining to my payment provider and telling my company to stop using their maps for our vehicles.
