Signed up mostly because my lower back was killing me and the pool promised gentle laps. I almost bailed — saw complaints about no hot water — and yeah, that turned out to be true. Management knows, it's been months (a year?) and the locker-room showers stay cold, so people hop into the hot tub without rinsing. Workouts help my back, so, uh, mixed bag.
Friendly spot that surprised me
when my daughter got sick there, staff jumped in with towels and water, even other gym-goers helped — that meant a lot. If you’re on the fence, try a session with Kam. Wish they had more late classes, but overall very happy.
Unfriendly billing, decent enough machines
I signed up because my lower back was acting up and a doc said light gym work would help, plus I was moving and wanted something nearby. After the move I used it maybe once or twice a month, so I tried to cancel. The cancellation felt like a delivery failure — forms passed around, staff gave scripted answers, they wanted a fee or medical paperwork just to stop billing. I had to call back, wait on hold, chase them a few times. Equipment’s a bit dated but usable; not ideal, not a disaster. I ended up filing complaints because it shouldn’t be this hard.
Halfway Turnaround
keep regular checks and don’t let mornings get sloppy, and maybe clean the lot more often. With that, I’ll give it another shot.
