Late one rainy morning the frother stopped mid-whisk and wouldn't budge. I’d had it around ten months, used it almost every day — felt solid in the hand, nice weight, easy to clean, made really creamy foam. So I reached out and Alma in customer service handled everything. She was fast, kept replying (no bouncing me around), and actually seemed to care. In a few days I had a replacement that works even better than the first — faster, quieter, and the foam came out fluffier than I expected. Honestly, surprised and relieved. Great product feel and really top-notch support, too.
Replacement after endless chasing
I spotted this frother on Amazon because a coworker joked I needed "better foam" and I bought it. It died after a few weeks, which sucked, but the weird bit was the warranty dance. They first said they'd send a new one, then demanded I ship the broken unit back, then kept saying "out of stock" for months — while the same item stayed listed for sale elsewhere.
