I spotted this frother on Amazon because a coworker joked I needed "better foam" and I bought it. It died after a few weeks, which sucked, but the weird bit was the warranty dance. They first said they'd send a new one, then demanded I ship the broken unit back, then kept saying "out of stock" for months — while the same item stayed listed for sale elsewhere. I kept checking, messaging, waiting; it was the kind of runaround that feels deliberate. In the end they did send a replacement after about nine months, so I'm relieved it worked and I can use it, but I'm annoyed I had to nag them for half a year. If you see it, fine, but be prepared to follow up constantly. I did tip another friend to skip ordering direct.

Weirdly, prices showed differently between Amazon, my iPad, and my desktop — the iPad had a markdown that my computer didn’t, so I shared the page to my laptop to snag the discount. A few small tech tangles, but once ordered the delivery was fine and the product performs exactly as I hoped. It’s one of those buys that felt better in actual use than in the pictures. I’m grateful it worked out — the build and attention to detail made the hassle worth it, and I’d buy again.
