    The cam croaked after day two

    they basically said there was nothing they could do without that order info. Weirdly, they offered to refund me if I bought a new Campark camera and left a review for it. I found that offer odd and a little off-putting; who wants to buy a second unit from a company that won’t stand behind the first? I’ve had better luck getting help from other brands in the past, and the contrast was noticeable. On the plus side, when it did take pictures they were surprisingly sharp — so the hardware might be okay, but support and policy let it down.

    whether Bluetooth is supported through the app and, separately, whether a remote could be bought separately since mine didn’t include one. Instead of clear answers I got vague replies that didn’t address the actual questions. The Bluetooth answer basically avoided the question — I never got a straight yes/no or pairing steps, just generic comments that made me think the person didn't really understand how Bluetooth pairing works. It left me assuming the camera doesn’t support it, but that’s an assumption I had to make because support didn’t clarify.
    On the remote question things went downhill. After several back-and-forths I was told bluntly that they’re not the manufacturer, they don’t sell remotes, and since I didn’t buy the unit directly from them they won’t take responsibility. That felt like them washing their hands of anything beyond the manual. I’ve dealt with other companies where support at least points you toward compatible accessories or an obvious third-party source; that didn’t happen here.
    So: delivery — fine; product — fine; support — not good. It’s not catastrophic, the camera works, and if you don’t expect help you’ll probably be okay. But if you value having someone to call or email who can actually answer follow-ups, this experience suggests don’t expect much. I’ve had much better and much worse support from other retailers, so this sits in the “undertrained/unhelpful” bucket for me. Bottom line — product acceptable, delivery reliable, customer service disappointing, and that matters if you think you might need help setting things up.

I almost gave up — I’ve had worse with other brands, so I wasn’t shocked — but I pushed back, sent more pics, insisted on the warranty. Somewhere in the back-and-forth I stopped being angry and started being stubborn. Anyway, after a few days they agreed to replace it, and I’ll admit I was half expecting more nonsense. Then the new transmitter showed up, dry, with the tab actually off (don’t ask), I set it up and waited. The exact moment I knew I was satisfied was when that new unit finally chirped and kept chirping — and later that afternoon it charged in the sun like it was supposed to and didn’t leak like a sieve. Nothing poetic, just relief, and a tiny laugh at how much paperwork it took to get there. Service could’ve been smoother, sure, and I’d prefer clearer packing checks, but the replacement did the job. So yeah, if you’re patient and keep the receipts/photos, they’ll fix it. Not perfect, but ultimately it worked, and that click of a working alarm? Felt pretty good.

    Trail Camera

    I received a trail cam as a present. It took pictures for the first day and then stopped. I contacted product support and was told to format the SD card. I had already formatted the SD. I tried the same SD card in a Muddy camera and it worked well. I then told to submit my order number from Amazon for further help. It was a present, so I didn't have an order number. I was told by Campark that because I didn't have an Amazon order number, there was nothing more that they could do but they said I could order another trail cam and if I left a review for the new trail camera, Campark would refund my money, Who would order another product from a company that produced a trail cam that didn't work and wouldn't stand behind the product I already owned. I guess my biggest point is, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Campark products are garbage and if you ever need help with the product the answer will be there is nothing they can do.

    Customer Service Experience

    In my recent experience with Campark, I gotta say, their customer service totally blew me away. The folks I talked to were super nice and always got back to me fast when I had questions. And when I ran into a problem, they fixed it right away and made sure everything was good to go. All in all, I was really happy with the customer service I got from Campark.

    Campark T100 camera

    The Campark T100 camera really disappointed me. I was so excited to try it out, but right when I opened the box and connected it to a power source, things started to go south. I tried to link it to my Xiaomi 10 2022 smartphone using the android app, but no luck. The camera just wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth like it was supposed to. Campark tried to blame it on CFC, but I was able to at least take a shot and save pictures to the memory card. The real issue came when the camera wouldn't take pictures or videos automatically, no matter what I tried. I even followed the manual step by step, but nothing worked. And to top it off, I couldn't find any contact info for Campark to get help with the problem. Overall, the Campark T100 camera was a total waste of money. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    4 trail cams TC02

    I recently bought 4 trail cams TC02 and unfortunately ran into a problem with one of them. I tried to figure it out on my own, but couldn't fix it. I even looked for camera firmware on the website, but it wasn't there. So, I emailed customer service for help with the firmware problem. Unfortunately, the responses I got didn't really help and my questions weren't answered well. This lack of support was frustrating and made me feel unhappy with the whole situation. On top of that, trying to get a replacement camera didn't work out, which was even more disappointing.

    I bought this camera back in May of 2020, and it totally crapped out on me! It's just like that other one, Hongc, you know the one that's no good at all. And get this - Campark won't even give me a new one, even though they offer refunds. What's the deal with that? I even threatened to leave a bad review, but they couldn't care less!

    I just bought a trail camera from this company, and man, I was really let down by it. The camera just wasn't reliable, and their customer service was basically nonexistent.     T100 camera

    I bought this T100 camera around a year and a half ago. Just the other day, I decided to open it up to swap out the battery, but to my surprise, I discovered that the battery compartment had some rusty connections, there was moisture build-up behind the lens, and honestly, the whole thing seemed pretty much useless. To top it off, the warranty has already expired, which is such a bummer. I have a feeling the issue might be linked to a faulty gasket inside.

    Faulty solar camera

    I got a solar camera from this one store but when it arrived, it was actually broken. The box looked like it had been through a lot, and the camera only worked for a short time before it stopped working completely. The picture quality was decent, but the sound was pretty terrible. I received a replacement, but it was also broken. This time it only recorded for a few hours before giving out. So frustrating!

    Wildlife camera

    Hey guys, so I bought this wildlife camera a couple of years back and let me tell ya, it's been a real letdown. Right off the bat, it just never worked properly and even after I tried tweaking the settings, it was still a dud. I finally reached out to the company for some help, and they told me the issue was probably the SD card and tried to get me to buy a new one. Well, surprise, surprise, that didn't do a darn thing. I dropped a bunch of cash on this camera and all it's given me is headaches. They even had the nerve to offer me a lousy 10% discount on my next buy, like I'd ever wanna deal with them again. So, lesson learned, stay away from these cameras! ?

    Dashboard camera and live rear view camera

    I got this super neat dashboard camera that also has a live rear view camera feature on an HD screen instead of a normal mirror. It was great in the beginning, but then the night vision crapped out after about 7 months. I reached out to the company, but they were no help at all. They told me they'd send a new camera, then turned around and said they couldn't ship it to Australia. Such a letdown!

    I recently bought a camera from this one seller. But when I got the camera, it didn't work right. So, I contacted their customer support for help. They said it was the SIM card causing the issue, but even after getting a new one and trying different things, the problem didn't go away. I emailed their support team 15 times, but they couldn't fix it. So, I had to tell my credit card company it was fraud to get my money back. This whole thing was really frustrating and makes me think the vendor isn't very good.

    Cheap action camera

    This action camera is seriously a letdown. It keeps freezing all the time, which makes it super hard to get any good footage. And even when it does record, the video is all shaky and jittery, making it totally useless. How are they even trying to sell this as an action camera without any kind of stabilization? It's honestly pretty ridiculous.
