Honestly, I’d use them again without thinking too hard about it. My brother mentioned Keysworlds when I was hunting for Office for a few home computers, and I was a little suspicious at first—because, well, the internet. I’ve bought licenses for six machines now and they’ve all worked fine. I did manage to mess up an install myself, naturally, but support talked me through it without making me feel like a complete potato. Not flawless on my end, but the service was solid.

The frustrating part is I was ready to set up my new laptop that same day. I ordered a software bundle on December 15 with Windows 11 Pro, then noticed the key was for clean installs only. My laptop already had Windows 11 Home and apps I wanted to keep, so I needed an upgrade key instead. I emailed support four times, explained the situation, and included my order number. Nothing back, not even a short acknowledgment. I still haven’t been able to use the Pro license. Ordering was simple enough, but customer service has really stalled everything.
Activated on paper, unusable in reality
Microsoft couldn’t verify the product key. I tried the repair option, restarted, ran the repair again, and honestly lost track of how many times. Nothing changed. That was when I knew this wasn’t just a small setup issue. I emailed support and spent over a week going back and forth with suggested fixes. They did respond, which is something, but none of the steps got Office working. In the end I asked for a refund because I never had usable apps in the first place. They said no. I’ve had much smoother experiences buying software elsewhere, and this one left me pretty frustrated. A license that looks active but won’t actually let you use the programs isn’t very useful.
