no charger means laptop on battery until it dies, no progress on files, phone battery juggling, all that. I’d ordered from this company because the product specs seemed fine and the price wasn’t bad, but the whole experience became about logistics, not the product itself. The tracking showed a vague “delivery exception” and then nothing changed for weeks. Their site’s contact options quietly point you to couriers they contract, and they basically told me I should chase the courier — even though I bought from them. I spent time digging through FAQs to find an email that supposedly escalated my case, then was told they’d passed my details on (they didn’t supply the address they sent it to), and to expect a reply in 24 hours. That reply never came. So instead of describing texture, heft, or cable stiffness, I’m describing what it feels like when a purchase disappears: irritation, wasted time, and the awkward position of having to prove you paid. It’s a dry, frustrating kind of disappointment, not dramatic but real. I’m not bitter in a theatrical way, just practical — I needed a functional charger during a move and was left without one because of poor follow-through. If you need the item to actually show up and be usable without a saga, this was not the company for me. Short version: product never arrived, customer contact was hollow, and the whole process ate time I didn’t have.
Half shipment, slow replies, eventual relief
only one of twenty-something parts had arrived. We needed these items for a small company restock — printers, cables, a few ergonomic bits because we've been dealing with some back complaints in the office — so it wasn't just inconvenience, it was actually holding up work.
At first I tried the chat. Dropped my details, got a canned "please provide order id" even though I already gave email. Sent the id, silence. Started another chat, sent the id again, someone finally said a few items were out of stock and asked if they should send what's available. I said yes. Then silence again. A week passed, then more. Email finally got a reply after several days saying restock in two weeks, no offer to ship what was already there, nothing automatic, just a timeline.
What flipped the switch for me was when the in-stock pieces finally showed up after I pushed again. They were exactly what we needed, fit the equipment, and fixed the immediate problem. It wasn't smooth, and it took persistence on my part, but when the boxes arrived and the monitors and cables worked as expected I felt relieved — enough to keep buying the actual products, but not from this ordering system. If they fixed the communication and sent partial shipments automatically, this would be fine. As is, I won't order directly if I can avoid it.
