the field tech was prompt and fixed it quickly, so I was back online way sooner than I expected. One weird quirk though — the automated message about "zero tolerance" for abuse is oddly loud in the queue; made me smile and roll my eyes at the same time. If I could offer a tip to others: try the off‑peak hours to call, and ask for a ticket number right away. Overall I’m actually relieved it worked out, and I appreciate the follow‑up. Would’ve been perfect without the hold time, but happy it ended well.
