    XOOM Energy: Just okay

    I have been a customer of XOOM Energy for a little over a year now, and overall, my experience with the company has been decent. I switched to XOOM Energy from my previous energy provider because they offered a lower rate per kWh. The sign-up process was pretty straightforward and I didn't encounter any issues.

    One thing I appreciate about XOOM Energy is that they provide a variety of plan options to choose from, including fixed and variable rate plans. This allows me to choose a plan that best fits my needs and budget.

    One downside is that their customer service could be improved. I've had to call customer service a couple of times and on both occasions, I had to wait on hold for a while before speaking with a representative. Also, the representatives I spoke with seemed to be reading from a script and didn't seem genuinely interested in helping me.

    On the billing front, I haven't had any problems with XOOM Energy. My bills have been consistent and I haven't had any unexpected charges.

    Overall, I would say that XOOM Energy is a decent energy provider. They offer competitive rates and a variety of plan options, but their customer service could use some improvement.
