I was making pasta when I noticed three identical charges on my mom’s card — I almost didn’t order because it felt off. We had no order confirmation yet her card was billed $84 three times. They emailed about deliveries that never showed, and one was supposedly delivered the day before the triple charge. We emailed support and got a delivery failure reply. My doubts didn’t disappear; honestly, I’d warn others and hope they fix this.
Almost bought a bargain, ended up in return limbo
same wrong model again. At this point I’m already picturing some warehouse intern just grabbing whatever. I called, they said “SKU issue” and promised a refund in a couple weeks and even sent another return label. Tracking again confirmed they received it. Two to three weeks went by and radio silence. I was annoyed, tired of emailing, so I escalated to my card company. It turned into that whole hoop-jumping dance nobody enjoys. Some of my doubts before buying — like, is this legit? — turned out to be justified. The sunglasses themselves (when they were the wrong ones) actually worked fine for casual wear, colors were okay, lenses did their job while walking the dog, but that didn’t fix the hassle. So yeah, product could be fine, but the buying experience? Not great. If you’re price-sensitive and willing to tolerate returns and phone calls, maybe go for it. If you want a headache-free purchase, probably steer clear or make sure Amazon is the one actually shipping.
Prada steal I didn't expect
soft leather case inside a hard leather box inside the shipping box, neat and secure. First time I put them on I felt like they'd actually been worth the risk; lenses are clear, frame feels solid. I compared them to models I'd tried at a retail shop and they matched up. So, started skeptical, ended genuinely happy. If you want a low-stress way to test designer sunnies without paying full price, this was a win.
Persol glasses
I just got a new pair of Persol glasses online and I gotta say, it was such a great experience. The company kept me updated the whole time and the glasses arrived quickly and just like they were supposed to be. What really blew me away was the company checking in to see if I liked the glasses, which you hardly ever see anymore. I bought some sunglasses from this store not too long ago and ended up getting a defective pair. The frame was all messed up and the arms were bent, which really bummed me out. It was seriously the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I just felt like I wasted my time and money.

I found these Prada glasses that looked like a great deal. I really care about getting the real deal, so I got a bit skeptical… wondering if they were legit or knockoffs. Missing package, received fake sunglasses
I was really let down by my experience at Gaffos. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and they never showed up. Then, when I finally got my package on the delivery day, it was fake sunglasses that wasn't even what I wanted. I was so mad about the whole thing and definitely won't be shopping there again.
$200 sunglasses purchase
Don't bother buying those sunglasses. I wasted $200 on a pair and they were a huge letdown. The quality was terrible - smudges all over the lenses, flimsy plastic sides against fake metal, and frames that easily bend. The box they came in even seemed sketchy, no barcode or factory sticker. Save your cash and find some better quality shades.
Authentic sunglasses purchase
Oh my gosh, I finally got my hands on a pair of sunglasses and they're awesome! I've been eyeing some for a bit now, and I stumbled upon these for way less than what the fancy store was charging. The website was a blast to browse through, and I could actually try them on virtually before making the purchase. When they showed up, the packaging was top-notch, with a cool leather case and one of those box-in-a-box deals. They arrived super quick, and I can confirm they're the real deal! Woo!

I have never owned a nice pair of sunglasses, so I have been wanting to purchase a decent brand without breaking my budget for a while now. I was thrilled when I found a pair of Prada sunglasses on the Gaffos.com website for a fraction of the cost of the ones I recently saw at the Sunglass hut. This was THE BEST online shopping experience I have ever had! I was able to use the "Try it on" feature of the website to actually see what the sunglasses would look like on my face. When my sunglasses arrived just 3 days after I ordered them, they were well packaged in their own softer-sided leather case inside a harder-sided leather box inside the cardboard box they were mailed in and arrived in perfect condition. I also confirmed they are authentic compared to the ones at the Sunglass Hut. Thank you!
Perfect glasses
Gaffos is really good option if you are looking for something unique with the easy and hassle-free shopping experience. the first time i ordered the glasses from it was so nerve-wracking for me. I was nervous because i really wanted this site to be the way they are showing!
However, when i got the parcel i was beyond happy because it was same as i expected! PERFECT!!!
