I was already a week in when I realized nothing was moving — no processing, no tracking, just a “we’ll check availability” line that felt like a shrug. I’d paid up front and then basically watched the status sit there for days. I kept writing customer service and most replies were copy-paste, vague and slow, which made me more annoyed than anything. One person, to be fair, actually sounded sincere and said they'd follow up; that was a small surprise in an otherwise clunky experience. After almost ten days I got a cancellation email and a note that the item wasn’t available — but no refund showing in my PayPal yet, which felt off. Oddly, later I checked the site and the same jacket was listed again, which made the whole thing seem careless rather than an honest mistake. I’ve had slow shipments before from other companies, but usually they at least keep you posted or refund quickly — this lacked that basic courtesy. The website itself looks premium and the product page was great, so maybe the backend logistics are the weak link here. I won’t be ordering again until they sort out their stock and refund process; I’d expect more transparency for the price they charge.
Finally not a total disaster, but close
I'm actually relieved it didn't end worse, but man, what a slog. I bought a jacket I wanted for my daily commute and errands — something to throw on for cold mornings and dog walks — and it almost turned into a full-time problem. From the start I tell you, the price stuff was messy: the site let me place several orders at a sale price, then either canceled some or said they couldn't honor the discounts they had advertised. I asked for a small courtesy credit on the last one since it was already shipping and they refused. I mean, that's annoying, right?
So then there was the shipping mess. The package sat in customs longer than expected and they basically shrugged and told me to handle it. Eventually it showed up but it was the wrong jacket — different color and cut — which meant returning it, arranging another order, more back-and-forth. I ended up refusing delivery at one point because I didn't want to deal with more hassle, though I might have kept it if they actually did something reasonable for the order that was en route.
What I appreciate is that in the end they offered a small compromise: a partial credit and they covered the return shipping, which is why I'm not totally furious anymore. Not thrilled either, but grateful it didn't drag on for months. Still, customer service felt reactive and slow — emails took days, and the discounts they promised (sign-up, app download) were inconsistent. Feels like the system was set up to sell fast, not to actually fulfill fair sale prices.
Bottom line: the jacket does what I needed it for — warm enough for my walks, fits okay — and I'm glad I can use it. But getting there was unnecessarily stressful. If you shop here, expect to follow up a lot, check your order confirmations, and don't assume advertised deals will be honored without a fight.Weird start, great finish
Used yesterday, wary — delivery slow, support really helped
Quick, polite help
Friend tipped me. Fast delivery. Glad.
Saw it on a coworker
Spotted it on a colleague; hesitated about size and color, took longer to arrive but pockets surprised.
A solid bag, slower delivery
Halfway unpacking on the couch, the bag felt sturdy and roomy but it arrived later than expected
Quietly helpful return
Used it a few mornings commuting, felt off for daily use; returning was easy, support surprisingly polite.
Return fixed my doubts
Was skeptical—needed it for my bad back; returned a dud, support kept me updated, doubts totally gone.
Wasn't smooth, but solved
Halfway through waiting I called them twice; delivery was slow and wrong item arrived, but support fixed it — could be better
Three-week oops
Not worth it. I ordered three weeks ago, hopeful at first, chased them twice, finally received the wrong item, slightly annoyed now.
Almost bought
Saw it on a coworker; felt solid when she tried it, but $283 duty for Canada made me drop the order.
Unexpected duty fee
Not worth it — extra duties made me cancel. Tried ordering last week for a winter coat, thought price was fine, then added $283, sigh.
Daily go-to, minor hiccup
I wear them every day—real Philippe Model look, kinda comfy, shipping was slow though, but worth it.
Rainy commute win
Tried them on my first rainy commute, skeptical at first, but they felt instantly broken-in, surprisingly comfy.
Caught off guard by the service
Walked in last week, customer service surprised me — super helpful and quick. I’ve shopped here for years, so honestly I’ll keep coming.
Half-skeptical, pleasantly surprised
Right after unboxing last week, I thought hmm... delivery was quick though; customer service sorted a tiny mix-up, so I'm pretty sold now
Wrong color, but usable
Needed this for a move, my bad back pushed timeline. They sent wrong color and want me to pay return. Delivery okay. Support there, glad it works.
Quietly impressed
Needed a replacement chair after my back started acting up, and the rep really knew her stuff — helpful, calm, answered everything, so I'll shop here again.
Almost skipped it
Saw them on Instagram after a friend tipped me. I was hesitant about fit and shipping. A rep, Alessia, calmly fixed it — now I'm sold.
Almost gave up
Thought I'd been scammed at first. Support took forever, I kept nagging. But the blender actually survived my chaotic mornings and now it's my go-to for smoothies. Still wary, but pleased overall.
