Needed this for my sore back; when it eased that first night, I was kind of stoked, honestly.
Small everyday win
Wore the cuffs nonstop—coffee, work, lazy weekends. Other studs are strictly dress-up. Comfy, sturdy, surprised me; no lie, glad I bought them.

I've had smoother returns with other brands, so that part's frustrating
White pearl necklace
I ordered a white pearl necklace, but when it showed up, it was gray! Can you believe that? I always thought pearls only came in white, but turns out there are different shades. The customer service rep tried telling me there was nothing wrong with it, which I thought was pretty unfair. And then I had to pay to ship it back. Not cool, Huge Tomato!
