my credit card statement pushed two charges through — $298 from WestJet and another $80 from Ojoo. So instead of the $266 I thought I paid, I was billed $378 total. I spent time rechecking emails and receipts, and tried contacting support. Responses were slow and vague; no clear reason given for the $80 or why WestJet charged more. I kept thinking maybe I missed an add‑on, but I didn’t select seats, insurance, nothing extra.
So the earlier positive experiences with instant confirmations were real — that surprised me — but this billing mess erased that trust. It’s a shame because they seemed fine before. For now I won’t book with Ojoo again and I won’t be recommending them until they sort out how they bill customers and explain charges clearly.Delivery was messy, honestly
