richer than the pics, in a good way. The material feels really soft and breathable, not that clingy, heavy stuff. We ordered two matching suits — keeping the light blue one saved for Cancun, because priorities. My husband picked the Luxe version and tried the 3-inch trunks for the first time; he was nervous about the fit but they fit fine, yay. Small doubts faded fast. Delivery was smooth, customer service okay. Minor nitpicks aside, happy with the buy and would recommend it to someone on the fence.
Showed up late, but the trunks actually fit
seven business days, a lot of “where’s my parcel?” messages, and me wasting about two hours chasing both the courier and support. The moment I knew I was satisfied was when I finally opened the box: the swimmers fit and the fabric felt solid (a bit loud on the pattern, but not a dealbreaker). I actually smiled — brief, relieved, realistic. That happiness was real, even if it was squeezed between frustration and sighs. Customer replies were brusque, no real apology, and the delivery groove needs fixing. So yeah, product gets a thumbs up; everything else? Not great. I did tell my sister about the fit, but warned her about the delivery drama.
Finally, the shorts that behave
easy step-in, no awkward tugging, no needing to press the air out, and I actually noticed my back felt better just from not fighting the shorts. So, annoying process, slow replies, but once I had the right pair it was exactly what I needed.
Vacation delivery
I shelled out extra cash to get a delivery on a certain day so it would arrive while I was on vacation. But when I checked online to see when it would show up, turns out the package hadn't even been shipped yet. It was pretty annoying and super disappointing to pay for fast delivery and not get it.
Swim shorts
I got these swim shorts that were just like they said they would be - really nice and I totally dug them. Shipping was no problem at all and it took about a week for them to get from Utah to Miami. Overall, I was super happy with my whole shopping experience from Tucann.
No delivery and impossible to reach
I ordered something from them a few weeks back and I still haven't heard anything about when it'll arrive. I've been trying to reach out to their customer service via email and phone, but I haven't gotten any responses. It's really frustrating to not know what's going on.
Recent online purchase
I was able to cancel my order and get a refund at last. But come on, blaming a "4-day weekend" for the delay is just not cutting it.
Tucann Blue Waves Swim Shorts
I always worry about ordering from ads on insta, but loved the look of these and thought I’d give them a try. Very happy with speed of service and delivery. Swim shorts are amazing quality and fit great. My advice is if you’re between sizes to choose the larger size, as they do fit a bit snug. Elastic waist is suuuuper stretchy. Love them. Nothing negative at all to share.
