Honestly, pretty happy with WNU — would buy again. Saw them on Instagram and told my sister about it right away. The item matches the photos and description, which is a relief since I hate dealing with returns. Shipping had a hiccup (carrier emailed that it was delivered when it wasn't), but WNU reached out, explained things, and checked back a few days later. Not flawless — response took a bit — but overall it worked well and I'm satisfied.
Almost didn't buy — glad I did
I almost skipped the store because I was sure the shirts would be overpriced and I'd end up with the same poor fit I always get (tailoring nightmares). I needed better shirts for client meetings and a bit of traveling, so I was nervous. The Belgravia shop surprised me — Emelie actually listened and showed fabrics that felt right. Then in Marylebone Chloe was patient and helpful too. The fit is noticeably better than my old shirts and I keep getting compliments, which is nice. Prices are on the high side, but the attention to fit and the staff won me over.

She was factual and quick to reply, and she offered a replacement even though it had been half a year. That was unexpected and frankly appreciated. I sent the original back. The exchange was handled swiftly and shipping didn’t take long, which helped. The new shirt looks fine. Not flawless, but good enough and better than being left on read. So I’m skeptical by nature, but this ended up being a solid experience.
