Good follow-up on a faulty seam
I bought a black silk shirt here and treated it like an investment. It was the most I’d spent on one piece of clothing. I only wore it a couple of times and then, after six months, a seam in the back started to fray and a small hole appeared. I was annoyed — I’d been careful with it. I contacted customer service mostly as a long shot because other brands have shrugged me off in the past. Caitlin took my case. She was factual and quick to reply, and she offered a replacement even though it had been half a year. That was unexpected and frankly appreciated. I sent the original back. The exchange was handled swiftly and shipping didn’t take long, which helped. The new shirt looks fine. Not flawless, but good enough and better than being left on read. So I’m skeptical by nature, but this ended up being a solid experience.
