Overall, I'm pretty disappointed — the whole order process was a mess. I first saw the item on their Instagram and ordered from Portugal via their site; delivery said three days but it never shipped. I had to contact customer service, who blamed a "communication issue" with the carrier. I asked to cancel and get a refund; instead they shipped it without my consent and told me not to accept the delivery. It's been over a month with no refund or solution. Surprisingly, the site photos were accurate and packaging looked nice.
