    Hesitant at first, pleasantly surprised

    I almost didn't order — had been burned by cheap bouquets before and was nervous this would be the same. Ordering was easy and the candy-and-nut plate arrived on time and looked nice. The big fruit-and-flower basket needed a couple nudges to get delivered and the basket felt a bit flimsy, but the plant and treats brightened the room. Glad I gave them a shot, honestly.

Felt annoyed at first, customer support wasn't helpful, but those snacks actually saved the night so I'm oddly, really relieved. Won't order again though, still.

    Pretty box, weird swaps

    I tore into the package at my kitchen table. The box looked like a little present, and I smiled. Then I noticed two snacks swapped out without a heads-up, and one was the very thing I was looking forward to. I was annoyed for a bit — been burned by other brands before — but then I tried one of the surprise treats and it was actually really good. That’s when I relaxed. Small miss on the stuffed bear though.

    I scheduled a gift for a specific date but it didn't show up then. Tracking still said the package wasn't even with the carrier the day after my chosen date. Customer reps moved the expected arrival out to Dec 1, so instead of arriving on the day I picked it came a week later. Their standard shipping is a pretty loose window. If the date matters, use someone else. Kind of annoying, but they did respond.

    Holiday hiccup, but they tried

    I saw their ad on Instagram and thought, hey this would be perfect for my parents, so I ordered a couple of gift baskets about ten days before Christmas. I was freaked when none of my family mentioned them and then I found the delivery date was Jan 2 — major bummer. That said, I called and spoke with a polite support rep (not US-based) who actually listened and tried to help, so I’m grateful for that. Still disappointed they missed the holiday window, but they did make an effort and offered a partial refund, so, mixed feelings.

    Almost gift catastrophe

    the item looked good and was nicely packed, but that didn't fix the missed surprise. Support was email-only, blamed UPS, said they'd "talk internally" and promised a phone call that never came; they refunded shipping and that was it. Slightly annoyed, a little amused — the party story still makes us laugh, sort of.

    Surprise gone sideways

    I meant to surprise my boyfriend for our anniversary since we’re long-distance. I was excited, had it all planned. When the box arrived I almost laughed — not in a good way. It was the wrong basket. Even worse, half the snacks were things he’s allergic to, nuts and dairy, so it felt careless and a little dangerous. The "note" he added? It was the invoice printed on the outside flap, so the message got ripped when we opened it. That was annoying. A few items were fresh and nicely packaged though, and the box wasn't crushed. Getting a refund was a headache; customer support was slow and hard to reach. I get mistakes happen, but this one ruined a small, important moment. Won’t order again without extra confirmation.

    it did its job and then some. Would I order again for work? Maybe, but only if I’m sure delivery is sorted first.
