Ordered on a rainy Friday and dug in right away—box was actually still warm. Crust had a nice chew, sauce tasted homey, cheese stretchy (my kind of pizza). Salad was prepackaged and kinda meh, but those chocolate lava cakes were gooey inside and crisp outside. A bit pricey, but tasty.
Thin crust surprise
I ordered on a lazy weeknight and at first bite the thin crust tasted kind of flat—almost cardboard—and I couldn't really taste the extra cheese. I called (they said there’s a paper-thin option), staff was helpful and swapped part of the order, so I left relieved it wasn’t a total disaster.
Not reliable for game night
Not reliable — don't count on them for a big night. I ordered a pizza and the order never went through. This was literally for the game. Oddly, two weeks later they emailed a coupon. It didn't work. Store said there was nothing they could do. Service felt dismissive. I wish they'd pick up the phone.
That moment I relaxed
Walked in thinking it would be the usual. The kid at the counter hustled, double-checked our complicated order, and that's the second I relaxed. Food came home hot and even the picky kids ate it. We've been ordering for years. Prices could be a bit lower, but really glad it worked out.
Charred then crunchy
First time I tried Domino's because a coworker swore by it and I saw a deal on the app. Ordered a large with extra cheese — first pie was charred. They remade it, which I appreciated, but the second had a weird crunchy layer of cheese on top. Glad they tried to fix it, still disappointed.
That one satisfying bite
Right when I bit into that slice at home after a long day I knew it — finally a decent pie for our weekday dinners. It's not perfect, crust still varies and sometimes I have to ask for hand-tossed, but the sauce and chew hit the spot. Good enough for quick family nights, honestly.
Unexpected weeknight win
I was half-worried ordering on a crazy Tuesday, but the moment I opened the box and smelled it I knew this would be my go-to for weeknight dinners. It’s cheap, like the best price around, and that matters when you’re feeding a hungry household. Took a bit longer than I hoped, sure, but the pizza was hot, decent crust, everyone liked it. Felt relieved and kind of happy.
Second chance Hawaiian
I almost didn't order — had a rough delivery once from another place so I was skeptical. But this time I clicked and, surprisingly, most doubts faded. The Hawaiian came in warm, thin crust, and yeah the flavor's mild, not bomb, but I actually liked it. Not perfect, not piping hot, but good enough to order again, I think I will for now.
Dinner letdown
Ordered this for a lazy movie night with the family — delivery actually showed up right on time, which I appreciated, but that’s where the good stuff stopped. The crust was paper-thin, toppings sparse, sauce barely there. I called customer service and got a polite but useless response; no refund, no offer. Used to be my go-to cheap option, now it’s just a regretful snack. Oh well, live and learn.
Billed for stuff I didn't get
they charged me for extra toppings that never made it on my pizza, and getting that sorted was a pain. I needed an easy meal after a long, awkward move and was already sore and tired, so this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. I called back, they admitted they ran out, but told me they "didn't have time" to say so — which felt rude. In the end the pie was ok, but I should've been called or refunded; not perfect.
Not worth the fuss
I almost didn't go in, mostly because I was exhausted after moving and my back was killing me — wanted something quick and cheap. The app deal looked promising but was confusing, so that set off the doubts. In the store the guy said maybe next time, but the pizza I got was thin, super-crispy (felt like the cheese was missing), and definitely overpriced for what I got. It wasn't inedible, just disappointing. Won't be my go-to, but fine if you're desperate and close by for a quick meal.
Charged more, attitude included
Not coming back — they charged me extra and the staff had a nasty tone. I’m saying that up front because it ruined the order. They didn’t mention any deals, argued when I questioned the price, and one person got a bit pushy, like trying to intimidate me. I’ve had sketchy service before but not usually this blunt. Food was okay, but the whole vibe was off.
Flavor's faded
the pizza I've been ordering for years just doesn't taste the same. Lately the crust is flatter, almost bland, and the toppings aren't as juicy or seasoned — you can tell by the first bite. I still get my orders quickly, delivery is fine, so it's not that; it's the product quality slipping. I've reordered a few times hoping it was a fluke, but it's consistent. Kinda bummed because this used to be my go-to. If you care about flavor, maybe ask for extra seasoning or try a different location. I hope they sort the recipe out, I'd come back if they did.
Weekend hiccup, happy ending
watch your card and be persistent.
Pizza plot twist
Halfway through that first slice I remember thinking, nope — this isn’t dinner. Fast forward two days and I’m on the phone with store 4149. The manager sounded calm, told us to swing by and she’d fix it. We went over, she made a new pie right there, handed us some wings on the side, and honestly the second pizza actually hit. We used it for a rushed family dinner — kids, homework, the usual chaos — and even sneaked leftovers for lunch the next day. Delivery that first night was a miss, but the in-store service was surprisingly solid and friendly, saved the whole thing. I don’t recall her name, but the shop’s by the Family Dollar on Old National Highway. Small rescue, big relief.
Long wait, lukewarm food
I pulled in after work, late and hungry, thinking a quick pickup would save the night. I ordered online ahead, so expected to grab it and go. They told me 15 minutes. Fifteen turned into an hour plus. Nobody could find my order, staff seemed shuffled, and by the time we left the food was lukewarm. The cheese hadn't melted — it felt like someone just plopped cold slices on top and hit a microwave for a few seconds. Not great when I'm feeding kids after practice or trying to eat before bed. Also the price didn't match the deal I thought I bought; a $20 special somehow read as thirty on the receipt. I'll go back maybe, but not with high hopes. The flavors had promise, though.
Unexpected winner for dinner
our kid absolutely lost it over his pasta pizza, like, pure joy — that made the whole meal better. I started skeptical and left pretty satisfied. Not perfect, but definitely one of the better Domino’s runs we’ve had lately.
Quick pivot saved it
I was halfway through explaining to the cashier when I realized my online order was set for the wrong Domino's — classic facepalm. I had placed it earlier, skeptical about show-up times, and my first thought was this will be a headache. Christina, already dealing with customers, said she didn't see any pending orders yet but offered to ring me up on the spot and let me wait. While she and Amanda sorted it out, I canceled the mistaken order on the app. They even honored the reward points that hadn't returned to my account, which surprised me. As someone who's done customer service, I could tell they weren't faking the care; it was genuine and efficient. That switch from doubtful to actually pleased happened while I watched them work. I hope this reaches them — they turned a potential mess into a solid experience and I'll be back.
Quietly impressed at pickup
clean counter, he was calm and knew what he was doing. The exact moment I was sold was when he called my name, handed over the box and I could already smell it through the bag — the kids dug in and I realized it tasted better than the usual chain pizza. Small thing, but watching one person manage everything and still get it right made me actually happy with the whole visit. Forgot to snap a pic because we jumped in.
Probably my last order
I don't think I'll order from here again. I grabbed this pizza after a long shift last Friday, planning a quick pickup and dinner — and that's why I was annoyed. At first glance it looked fine, cheese melted, pepperoni smelled decent, even the thin crust had a nice crisp I didn't expect (that was actually a pleasant surprise). But then I noticed the slices: square cuts. I had ordered thin-sliced pepperoni and ham, and apparently pie-cut isn't the default unless you dig through settings to change it. Who does that? I repeatedly order, pick up, eat, done. Having to change an account setting for a basic preference feels dumb and wastes time. The pizza itself wasn't terrible, but I couldn't get past the cut—ended up tossing a few slices later because it was messy to eat. So fair price, okay flavor, but the annoying ordering quirks and lack of obvious options make this a one-off for me unless they fix it. Not worth the hassle for me.

Large Pepperoni Pizza with Gar
I just got a big pepperoni pizza with garlic parmesan white sauce and some stuffed cheesy bread from this place. The pizza was cooked just right, lots of toppings, and the crust... Read onBy: E. Prohaska
