I gotta tell you, the customer service at this meal subscription service is really top-notch. Olga, the rep I spoke with, was amazing and helped me pick out the perfect meal plan and answered all my questions super quickly. She really knew her stuff and made the whole ordering process a breeze. I was so impressed with how personalized the care was, it really made a big difference in my overall experience with the service. It's obvious that this company cares about making their customers happy and goes out of their way to make sure everyone has a great interaction with them.
Meal order assistance
I ordered some food not too long ago, but ran into a problem trying to log into my account because I couldn't remember my password. Luckily, when I got in touch with customer service, a guy named Brian helped me out right away and got my password reset. The website could be a bit easier to use, but I'm grateful for the awesome customer service I received.
Tasty and varied meals
The food is really tasty with lots of flavors and different choices, but the meat portions are bigger now with more fatty parts, which I'm not too crazy about. I've brought this up two times with customer service when they check in on the delivery, so hopefully they make some changes soon.
