Thinking of You Beer Gift
If I could give less than a star I would. Placed an order on 4/26/23. On 5/10/23 I realized they had never delivered the gift. No notification from Give Them Beer - no anything. But they sure as heck charged my card for it. When I contacted customer service, it took 2 days to respond with an apology and a message that said I could get a refund or have it reshipped. When I responded via email to ask how long it would be for the new shipment to arrive, nothing. They totally ghosted me. Today 5/22/23 A FULL MONTH AFTER I ORDERED IT - I got notice that they had reshipped the original package back to themselves. Not to my recipient. As of yet, still no refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you want a gift to actually arrive, don't use this company.
