I actually signed up because a friend posted it in a Facebook deal group and I was kinda excited — seemed like a neat service. Problem is, there’s no real way to cancel. Their support email either bounces or gets zero replies, social messages ignored, ugh. I ended up calling my bank and forcing a block on recurring charges. So the idea was fine, but the customer service killed it — just be careful.
Where did my order go?
I ordered raw royal jelly in January and it never showed up. Emails bounced back with those automatic "delivery failed" replies, and the seller didn't actually answer. I made a bank claim. Customer service seemed non-existent; no tracking update, no apology, just radio silence. I've bought from small shops before and this felt off, and oddly my bank reversed the charge quicker than I expected.
