I first saw the swivel chairs tucked in the back of the showroom—my buddy pointed them out and said “you need these” like he owned my living room. They looked great in person and felt nice to sit in, soft but supportive, you know? Then we went for the custom fabric and that’s where the fun stopped. Chair fabric arrived wrong, the beds showed up butchered into the wrong size, and one queen frame was missing parts so it just sat in the box mocking me. The mattresses? Also not what we ordered — some were swapped in size, some didn’t fit the frames, which meant nights of wrestling sheets and that annoying mattress-slide gap. We actually used the chairs a bit; they’re fine to flop into, but seeing the wrong upholstery on them every morning is irritating. They promised fixes but wouldn’t give a timeline, and after months of emails and voicemails that went unanswered, it started to feel like we were shouting into a void. I get mistakes happen, but the not-listening part is what stings. I’m half tempted to go legal, half tempted to write it off and buy new—either way it’s been way more hassle than it should’ve been.
Nice showroom, shaky at home
I wouldn’t buy this bed unless you like late-night squeaks. We used the frame as everyday mattress base and it failed to do the job: the pre-fitted slats didn’t lock in, so any shift made whole bed creak and wake us up. Customer service was the worst part — after being told our only options were to return the bed from the new matching set or “fix it yourself” by drilling holes, we spent weeks messaging back and forth. Replies were slow and some messages went unanswered for days. Eventually we gave up and drilled in screws (had to buy them ourselves) so we could sleep. That stopped the noise but didn’t fix the poor support or the attitude from support. After asking for a refund, emails went silent. The showroom visit was pleasant and the design appealed to us, which made the disappointment sting. Honest takeaway: looks fine in person, but be ready to DIY and fight for refund.
The moment it finally felt right
double-check paperwork, be prepared for delays, and don’t expect great aftercare. So mild praise for the price and the in-store team, but be ready to chase things if something goes sideways. In the end I’m content. It could've been smoother though.

Okay, so quick heads up — I drove three hours to buy a custom sofa because we were moving to upstate NY and I needed something supportive for my back and a place to actually sit after the move. I told the sales guy, Danny, more than once that delivery timing was the whole point for me. I mean, I repeated it. Repeated it. Seemed like a simple thing. We picked out an American Leather sofa, paid in full on March 3, spent way too much money, and left feeling like the timing was handled. Danny told us it would be ready in time, that production was fast, and even that there was storage if needed. He sounded confident — maybe too confident.
