I'm not usually one to post, but long story short I ordered cases of water because my back has been bad and lifting grocery bottles was a nightmare during a move. They charged me right away and kept saying delivery in a few days, felt sketchy. After a couple pushes customer service finally sorted it and the boxes arrived week later. Still annoyed but relieved it got fixed.
Arrived late but helped my back
better hydration, fewer aches, simple as that. The moment I knew I was actually satisfied was when I reached for a bottle during a sore afternoon and felt noticeably better. Not perfect process, but product did what it said.
Bottle smell changed
Halfway through the second case I realized something was off. I ordered five cases of the 1L six-packs a couple weeks ago and cracked the first one right away — it poured clean, nice mouthfeel, reminded me of the old stuff and I was relieved. Then every other case was different. When you pop the cap there’s a gluey chemical smell you can't miss, and the sip made my throat burn for a while, not just an odd taste but actual stinging. A few bottles felt flimsy, seams separating, and the whole experience became tiring; we only drank that first case. I tried to reach someone at Flow and got only automated responses, so no real help. I'm thankful at least one case was OK, but overall disappointed and unlikely to buy again until they fix quality and customer contact.
Late deliveries broke the routine
a regular driver, predictable times, or later UPS showing up when they said they would. Then they switched carriers to GoBolt and things just fell apart. That’s the detail that ruined it for me — the carrier. Packages arriving randomly, sometimes visibly crushed, and a few bottles leaking right at the spout when I opened them. Reporting it felt like shouting into a void; I contacted Flow multiple times and got little beyond apologies. Someone did send a replacement box, which was nice in theory, but it sat with GoBolt for a whole week and then the delivery window shifted. I waited home all day, and at 7:30 PM the status flipped to “unable to deliver, rescheduled.” Totally anticlimactic. I tracked the driver and it looked like they were doing multiple residential stops across the area, which maybe explains the delays, but it didn’t help me. I tried reaching out publicly and ended up blocked from commenting on their Facebook page, which was... not great. In the end I asked Flow to close my account — they did it without hassle — and honestly, I can’t blame them for wanting an easy fix instead of dealing with a problem carrier. The product itself, when it arrives intact, is fine. I still like the water — taste, packaging, whatever — so this isn’t about the product quality per se. It’s about reliability and basic customer care around delivery. A wish: vet your shipping partners better or give customers a choice of carriers. My advice to anyone considering ordering directly is to use a marketplace that still uses reliable shippers (Amazon or Healthy Planet, for now) or be ready for headaches and potential leakage. I’m moving my orders until Flow sorts out their logistics; it’s usable but, right now, more trouble than it’s worth.
