Best florist to rely on for massive orders
It becomes really tough to find someone permanent florist one can rely on. I faced some similar issues before I came in contact with Cyber florist. There has been past few events as we do a lot in our community or manage in schools where usually big flower orders or booque orders really do not stand up on the quality required. Or some kind of issue is always there.
Finally with cyber florist, when we just decided to switch to other florist, things gone well.
They have great customer service to start with, taking orders, asking details, venue, date, urgency, requirement, preference, I mean a lot. That's the first I expereinced such conviction.
Also, there were some flowers we usually get hard time to find. But with them they have great availablity. The cost of their services and products, I won't say it is cheap but totally price for value.
We recently had a celebration for anniversary for my uncle where I with cyber florist managed all the flower decoration. Apart from that, they have a lot oto offer like in gifts and toys stuff.Fresh and beautiful flowers
I recently bought some fresh flowers and had a great experience. The website was super easy to use, so I found the perfect bouquet in no time. Even though I left a message, their customer service got back to me really fast and helped me out. I liked getting those quick email updates on my order, they kept me in the loop the whole time. The flowers came looking beautiful and have stayed fresh longer than I thought they would. It's been five days and they're just now starting to fade, but the person I gave them to wants to dry them as a memento.
Flower arrangement and gifts
I just wanted to share my recent experience ordering a lovely flower arrangement and gifts from this company. There was a small hiccup with my credit card billing, but the owner quickly fixed it and gave top-notch customer service. The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful and expertly put together, along with the gifts. Even though the personalized card was just a simple colored paper with handwritten words, it added a nice personal touch to the gift. I definitely recommend this company and will be using their services again for sure.
Surprise flower delivery
I gotta say, the flowers I got for my sister-in-law from Cyber Florist were amazing! Ordering online was super easy, and the flowers showed up right on time. My sister-in-law was over the moon about them and kept gushing about how gorgeous they were. I was so happy to see that they made sure she had enough water in case she wasn't home to get them right away. And the container they came in was a nice extra touch that she adored. All in all, it was an awesome experience and I'll definitely be using Cyber Florist again down the road.

I was really struggling to send flowers overseas, the other companies were making it so difficult asking for a local phone number and specific address fields. But Cyber Florist made it so easy and stress-free with their website. The flowers and balloons I got were just gorgeous and brought a huge amount of happiness to the person receiving them.

The flowers I ordered got here right on time, which was awesome! The customer service was top-notch - they answered fast and made sure they covered all the bases to meet what I wanted and what the recipient needed. Overall, I was really happy with the whole experience.

Ordering flowers from Cyber Florist for delivery to Ukraine was super easy. I went on their website, placed my order, and then got a call to confirm everything. The flowers showed up right on time the next day. What I really liked was that Cyber Florist didn't tack on crazy delivery fees like some other places do when sending to Ukraine. Paying through PayPal was a breeze, no issues at all. I'll definitely be going back to them for my flower needs in the future.
Flowers, good but hard to order
OMG, the flowers are seriously gorgeous and there are so many options that make you feel like royalty! But, let me tell you, ordering was a struggle, it took endless phone calls and emails to finally get it right. But in the end, it all worked out. They really need to have a tracking link for orders and a customer support number that's easy to find. Apart from that, everything was flawless.
International order, on time delivery, wreath, flowers, price
Oh my god, I was so surprised at how simple it was to order flowers from a different country! They arrived right on time, and the wreath and flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The cost wasn't bad either. The only downside was that the wreath ended up being much larger than we anticipated. But all in all, we'd definitely use this website again and recommend it to all of our friends!

birthday flowers late
I ordered some birthday flowers for my friend and I was super pumped to surprise her with them, but tbh, they showed up a whole day late! I really wish they had been more upfront about the delivery date when I made the order, 'cause it left me stressing over whether they'd show up at all. It was a total letdown and kinda irritating to have to wait an extra day to put a smile on my friend's face with a gorgeous bouquet.
Birthday flowers for 97-year-old cousin
I ordered some birthday flowers for my 97-year-old cousin in Norway, and I messed up the delivery date. But the florist in Hamar, NO called my cousin the day before and caught the mistake. They decided to deliver the flowers on her actual birthday instead of waiting, which was a nice surprise. I'm really thankful for their extra effort and attention to detail. Tusen tak!
Flowers for grandma
Oh my gosh, I got some flowers for my grandma and the whole thing was awesome! They sent me updates through email and text, and the flowers were packaged so nicely when they got here. I definitely recommend it for anyone with family living far away.
Fruit Basket Purchase
I bought a fruit basket from Cyber Florist for a special occasion not long ago. Their communication was great, but the actual basket I got wasn't the same as the picture on the website. The recipient got fewer fruits than what was shown, which was a bummer. It would help if they listed the exact amounts of each fruit in the product description to prevent any mix-ups in the future. Also, coordinating better with vendors to replace items that aren't available would make the customer experience even better. Sadly, that didn't happen with my order, as shown in a photo the recipient sent me.
Bouquet delivery
I had a bouquet delivered and it was really nice overall. The delivery went smoothly and the folks I chatted with were friendly. But, when I saw the bouquet, it didn't quite match the picture online. It was lacking the greenery around the flowers, which was a bit disappointing.
