I recently bought Helldivers 2 on Difmark, but ran into some problems with what I got. I thought I was getting the game key, but turns out I got a game account instead. Difmark didn't make that clear during the purchase process - had to dig through fine print at the bottom of the page to find out. Platforms like G2A or Kinguin are better at showing if you're getting a game account or not, but Difmark dropped the ball on that. It was a letdown not knowing exactly what I was getting, felt a bit tricked.

The whole buying and downloading a game thing on this platform took a bit longer than I thought, but I get that they gotta make sure everything's legit and top notch. Hey, so I bought a license key for Windows 11 from this platform. But when I tried to activate it, turns out the license was blacklisted or banned. I reached out to customer support for help, but they totally ignored me. Seems like this platform might be linked to scammers since they didn't offer any assistance. I suggest steering clear of buying licenses from them, 'cause the risk of being scammed is pretty clear.

JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Sellers are selling Steam accounts instead of game keys, which directly violates Steam's terms and conditions. You can be kicked out of your purchase at any time and won't see your money back. I was lucky, because the seller did not deliver, and MasterCard granted my Chargeback application (IN YOUR FACE!). But instead of sending my money back to my Credit Card, Difmark/the seller refunded the amount to the Difmark account where you cannot deduct any money from. Moreover, it was not even the amount I paid. They then made some ... claims that the price included some sort of fees. Rubbish! I even quoted their own Terms and Conditions which read that refunds are made to the original payment channel. This place is a scam and the sellers are too. I reported one of them to Steam. No idea, if they can track them down. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Delayed delivery and poor customer support
I'm so annoyed with this online store. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. I tried contacting customer service for answers or a refund, but they haven't even responded. It's just ridiculous that they can't give decent customer service.
Shady seller experience
I had a really bad experience with a seller on this platform. I reached out to the claims team because the seller wasn't responding for 3 days. Even after escalating it a second time, my claim got denied. It's obvious that this website is a scam and not reliable. The support team is no help at all and keeps denying claims. I definitely won't be recommending or buying from this sketchy site again.
