Pink-white Modern
I found Floom by doing a search of the Top Florists in the area. Checked out a few and came to this one, found a beautiful arrangement for my best friends birthday and proceeded to order. What I loved right off is there aren’t services charges on top of shipping charges on top of fees and taxes where you choose a $50 arrangement and go to pay and it’s $100. Floom was the first site that charges for the arrangement and shipping $14.99 plus taxes and that’s it.
I, happened to enter a wrong address. Called first thing in the morning as well as sent an email and received response and solution right away. Communication was great. Within minutes each time on several emails. My order was properly updated. Arrived a bit later than I’d have liked but my friend was ecstatic! She loved the arrangement. Said it was gorgeous and her house smelled amazing. The florist it came from was Noble Gardens and now they have a new customer because she will now order only thru Floom or Noble Gardens. I’m really happy with my purchase. Happy that she loved them and happy the prices are straight forward and not fluffled up. The flowers were also just as shown in the image. Will definitely be ordering again next time I need flowers.International flower delivery
This was our second time sending flowers to family in the UK using this service, and we were so happy with how everything turned out once again. It's super easy and convenient to use, making it a piece of cake to brighten someone's day from far away. The flower arrangements are absolutely gorgeous and look just like they do on the website, which is pretty rare for online flower shops. The delivery was quick and arrived right on schedule, which only added to the great experience. We definitely trust Floom and will be using their service again in the future.
Orchid arrangement for 90th birthday gift
I just ordered a stunning orchid arrangement for my dear family friend's 90th birthday. The orchids showed up right on time the very next day and looked fantastic. She was absolutely over the moon with how beautiful they looked, especially because her late husband used to have his own orchid sanctuary in Essex after spending a ton of time in the Far East. She couldn't stop talking about how "gorgeous repeat gorgeous" the orchids were. The website was a breeze to use, and the whole ordering thing was quick and easy.
International flower delivery
I had an amazing time ordering flowers from overseas using this site. There was a little issue with the item I wanted being sold out, but the customer service person really stepped up to make sure my friend still got a lovely gift. They sent a gorgeous orchid plant instead and even managed to deliver the original order the next day, super late at night! I was really impressed by how they handled everything. I'll definitely use this service again!
Sunday flower order
I ordered flowers on Sunday morning and they were delivered Sunday afternoon. The bouquet from Beauty and the Rose was absolutely beautiful. The company even messaged me before delivery, making the whole ordering process super easy. I highly recommend them!
Spectacular and fresh flowers for girlfriend
The flowers I got from this company were so beautiful and colorful. When my girlfriend got them, she was so surprised and happy. She really loved them, and even her coworkers said how pretty they were. The flowers were really top quality and made the whole occasion feel special. Local florist bouquet
I had an amazing time using the platform to buy a gorgeous bouquet from a nearby florist. I liked being able to easily check out prices and different options while also helping a small business. The person who got the bouquet was really happy with the flowers, they looked just as nice as in the photo. The prices were fair, and the whole thing was super quick and easy. I'll definitely use this service again in the future.
Pink roses and white hydrangeas bouquet
The flowers I got from here were absolutely gorgeous and surprisingly affordable! The bouquet had pink roses and white hydrangeas, with some green leaves mixed in. My friend who received them was thrilled! The only downside was that I didn't have tracking for my delivery, but I did get an email once they were delivered. I would definitely purchase from this place again.
Boss's flower delivery
I ordered flowers online for my boss and I was pleasantly surprised with the next day delivery. They even called me to confirm the delivery details. My boss loved the beautiful peony they received and I really appreciated the personal touch of hand-writing the card message I submitted. It was a classy move for an online order.
Lovely selection of fresh blooms
The flowers were so incredible! They had such a great variety of colors and looked so fresh. And the price was really good, the best we've ever seen. The lovely vase was a nice addition and the personal delivery was just perfect. Ordering from Floom was such a great experience all around.
Chocolate Hamper
I ordered 2 weeks in advance and my order was never delivered. Floom "customer service" brushed me off and blamed it on their vendor. Who, mind you, they hired to deliver this product. I will never attempt to use this service again as my friends birthday surprise was ruined. Find another service that is reliable!
