    I would not recommend Lofaris because they do not ship your item in the time frame they advertise. I have placed my order over a month ago and they still did not provide me with tracking information. The tracking number on my order says that it is not trackable and in their system yet. Which means they have not even shipped it yet and its been over a month. I have sent them multiple emails and they are not helpful at all. No solution to my problem and they do not want to help or work with me. My sign will not arrive in time for my party, and it is way later than the delivery date they provided so I am left with no choice but to dispute it with my credit card company. Do not order here

    6x4 Backdrop

    I ordered a non-customized backdrop on 12/13/22. When I noticed it had not yet shipped, I paid to upgrade shipping on 12/16/22. I was advised then they take an unspecified time to "produce"- I found this weird as I ordered a generic, non-customized one and was not notified of this at checkout but took them at their word. Did some digging on their website and it stated that typically took 5-7 days. Wish I had been advised at checkout but it was too late. I attempted to email them on 12/21/22 as well as 12/26/22 using their "contact us" box on their website as I was getting no order updates, but I don't think it worked because I never got a response or confirmation. Finally, I emailed them directly using an email I found online and received a response on 12/27/22 stating they would ship the item that day. They shipped the item on December 30th, which was 18 DAYS after I had ordered it, with the expectation that it would arrive in 8-12 days per the shipping I paid for. The item I received was flimsy, had many creases, and smelled very bad. It also had large block numbers in the corner, which I assume is how they keep in stock. Considering the price and the wait, if they are truly "producing" them upon request, that could have been easily removed. Poor experience, from the shipping to the customer service to the product itself.
