    I had a really frustrating and unhelpful customer service experience. I was trying to get some answers about my order, but all I got was a chatbot that just wanted me to buy more stuff instead of helping me out. It was like talking to a brick wall - no real help at all.

    I just got a new update for my GPS, but I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed with how it turned out. They said everything went through okay, but when I tried to find my daughter's place in Woodbury, MN, it was nowhere to be found, even though she's been there for four years. It's been a real pain and hassle for me since I use the GPS a lot for my trips.

    Map update purchase

    Save yourself some money and just buy a new car with the latest map already installed. I shelled out big bucks for a map update and have been attempting to install it on and off since September 2019 with no luck. It's been a total waste of money, not to mention all the gas I've wasted driving back and forth trying to get it to work. I might not be able to get a refund, but I want to warn others so they don't end up in the same boat as me.

    Incomplete map download

    My experience with HERE was really disappointing. I bought a code to download maps, but I never got the disc I needed. I ended up forking over a lot of cash, only to be told that I had to bring my car to a dealer and shell out an extra $210 for them to finish the map download. That one-two punch cost me almost $310 in total, which was a huge hassle and not something I was prepared for. I recommend steering clear of this company to avoid getting screwed over like I did.

    Navi stick purchase

    I bought a navi stick with updates from this company recently. But when I switched to the same car a month later, they said I needed to get a new stick. I was surprised that they wouldn't assist or take responsibility for the problem. It felt like they didn't care or want to help at all. I thought it was the supplier's job to fix issues with their products, but this company didn't do that. I wouldn't suggest using their services and recommend finding a company with better customer support.
