    Support left me hanging

Weirdly enough, I'm kind of relieved I wasn't charged again, but their support was really slow. I signed up for a month, paid, then canceled right away to avoid auto-renew — after that the site acted like I never paid and I got locked out. Been waiting over 24 hours for a reply and nothing. Compared to other companies this felt unprofessional. Glad I dodged another charge, but annoyed I can't use what I paid for.

Not quite the edge I hoped for

you get your daily ticket, the markets they suggest, little notes. It feels neat, clean, like something you could show a friend. But the markets are usually tiny favorites — the kind of 1.20–1.35 stuff you’d bet on because it “should” win, not because there’s a hidden reason. They then stitch together a few of those to hit a combined 3–4 total odds. I tried that a few times. The hit rate is okay — roughly 70% from my tracking — so some days you feel smug, other days you just scratch your head.
What bothered me more than the misses was the value. If you’re new, a pick at 1.25 that’s “in form” isn’t teaching you anything, and if you try to turn these into real profit you either need a fat bankroll or you’re basically throwing tiny bets and hoping. That’s not the kind of excitement I wanted. I’d happily keep subscribing if they showed more nuance — picks in the 1.30–1.60 range that aren’t obvious at a glance, or clearer reasoning that goes beyond form and stats you can see at a glance.
So, skeptical at the start, mildly pleased with the delivery and clarity, but ultimately left wanting more depth and better value. If they tightened up their fact-checking and aimed for slightly bolder odds with solid rationale, I’d come back. For now, take it as a helpful, straightforward service — just don’t expect magic.
