Truva Mini and GPen Elite II purchases
My experience with Portable Hookahs was amazing. The customer service, especially from Phil, was exceptional. Da Vinci Classic Hookah
I recently bought a Da Vinci Classic hookah from this company, but it turned out to be out of stock and discontinued. The customer support team really came through for me though! They gave me four other options to choose from, two of which were more expensive, but at no extra cost to me. I picked one, gave them my address in Greece but written in Greek letters. Unfortunately, USPS couldn't handle the non-Roman letters, so they sent the item back. After giving my address in Roman letters, they quickly shipped the item again with a new tracking number. It showed up a few days later. We had a good back and forth through emails during the whole ordeal, with each one getting a helpful response the next working day.

Plus, the Pax 3 was super cheap, especially after I used a discount code to bring the total down to $159. Defective Puffco Peak Pro
I'm bummed because the Puffco Peak Pro I bought from Portable Hookahs online came broken. The battery won't keep a full charge and dies after just a few uses, so I can't really use it. Even though Portable Hookahs usually won't take back used stuff, I was able to use Puffco's warranty to get a replacement for the faulty item. But that meant I had to send my Peak Pro to Puffco and wait forever for them to check it out before sending me a new one. It's been a real letdown and hassle dealing with this whole situation.
Classic Volcano Vaporizer
I just bought a Classic Volcano Vaporizer from this site and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with both the product and the service. The price was unbeatable and the shipping was crazy fast.
