Woke up after a theft with my phone gone and all my accounts locked. I reached out to Frederick Cook for account recovery; he answered fast and guided me through the steps. Service was efficient, calm and personal — not flawless (a short follow-up was needed), but it definitely saved me from a huge headache.
Smooth rescue, sort of
I started fooling around with the app this morning, skeptical because another agent dropped the call. Lionel took over and actually walked me through getting Surfshark on my phone. Needed it on the road
I installed this because I travel a lot and needed something for sketchy airport Wi‑Fi. It did its job sometimes — but the connection kept dropping, like every 30 minutes, which is annoying for calls. I have had a really great experience using this VPN service. I haven't had any problems connecting to servers, thanks to how smoothly they work. A super cool VPN
The customer service at this VPN is seriously the best! The guy who assisted me, we'll just call him Brad, was so helpful and broke everything down in a way that made total sense to me. He was really friendly and clearly knew what he was talking about. I've never experienced customer service this great before, it was amazing! Oh, and I've been using this VPN for about 4 years now and it's absolutely fantastic.

Quick and helpful customer service
The customer service team, especially Henry Owens, was super helpful and gave me all the info I needed. I had some questions and worries, but they took care of everything real quick and smooth. Owens even hooked me up with a custom deal that was perfect for me, which was a nice bonus. All in all, my experience with the customer service team at this company was awesome.
