returned to distributor, contact the seller. This back-and-forth has been dragging on since mid‑February. What surprised me, and it’s worth mentioning, was one support rep who actually looked up the internal notes and apologized sincerely — she even suggested a refund option and said she’d escalate it if I wanted to try re‑shipping. That small human moment didn’t fix the delivery, but it was better than complete radio silence. Overall I’m left frustrated by the delivery process and the inconsistent customer service, though the one helpful person gave a sliver of hope. I won’t order more until they sort their shipping and communication out.
