I was actually pretty excited to get these for my daily commute and gym bag, so it was a bummer when the order went sideways. The seller shipped to an incomplete address and the package was returned — I only knew after I emailed them. After a bunch of emails (like seven or so) they agreed to resend, but they never sent the promised follow-up when the second shipment went out. No tracking, no heads-up, nothing. Ten days of silence later I had to ask again and then, late at night, they gave me a tracking number and said it had already been returned. That was the worst part — the total lack of communication about the shipment. Long story short I had to reopen a PayPal dispute and that’s what finally got me a refund. Kind of annoying, but I’m relieved and grateful it ended with my money back. Would’ve loved these for everyday use though, so mixed feelings.
Sizing mess, PayPal saved me
I grabbed a couple of tops for work and the gym and was pretty bummed when everything ran small. I wanted to swap for larger sizes, but customer support just said no — they wouldn't take returns or exchanges, which was annoying and kind of a waste since I actually plan outfits around these pieces. I ended up opening a PayPal dispute, and surprisingly PayPal sorted out a refund, so that was a relief. Still, the whole process was slow and felt unprofessional. If you buy here, order one or two sizes up and be ready for extra steps if something's wrong. Not what I expected.
Delivery mix-up and slow replies

What surprised me, and it’s worth mentioning, was one support rep who actually looked up the internal notes and apologized sincerely — she even suggested a refund option and said she’d escalate it if I wanted to try re‑shipping. That small human moment didn’t fix the delivery, but it was better than complete radio silence. Overall I’m left frustrated by the delivery process and the inconsistent customer service, though the one helpful person gave a sliver of hope. I won’t order more until they sort their shipping and communication out.
