I almost didn't buy it — worried the leather would be stiff or cheap and too small for my laptop — but after a week of daily commute use it's soft, sturdy, holds everything, and I'm actually pleased.
Saw it on Instagram — mixed bag
I first saw this brand on a friend's Instagram story and bought a leather bag as a gift. It actually came faster than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise, but the packaging was sloppy — shoved in a tiny plastic bag and taped to the leather. I had to scramble to fix it and apologize to the person getting it. Contacted customer service and all I got was a short "sorry," no real help. Probably won't order again.

ask them questions — they do answer.

messaging is chaotic. In the end the package arrived and the local driver was polite, so my worries didn't fully pan out. Still, it's annoying and unreliable, but it works enough.
