inventory accuracy needs work, but their speedy follow-up was honestly useful and saved time
A small gamble that paid off
feels solid, buttons nice. Delivery was faster than I feared — about a week — and seller answered quickly.
Cautiously impressed
I'm actually glad I gave them a shot — it ended up better than I figured. I first ran into EZSystems on a hardware forum and, after seeing a few scare stories, I even warned a coworker to hold off, but we both ordered anyway. I did get the wrong router at first, which was annoying, and support was slow to reply so I was pretty skeptical for a while. After sending it back with an RMA (tracking showed delivery) they eventually sent the replacement and issued a partial credit within a couple weeks. Not flawless, but fair price and the outcome made it worth it — just keep records and double-check models.
Not worth the hassle
I wouldn't buy from them again. I ordered two controllers and got one — and what did arrive looked fishy. I ordered these about three weeks ago because I needed a spare for weekend gaming; first impression was “huh, it feels right” (same-ish weight), but that only lasted until I compared it to an original. The packaging was a cheap zipper bag, like something off AliExpress, and little things started to stand out — different stamps, a QR code on the back that, when scanned, showed a serial that didn’t match the console’s internal menu serial. So yeah, fake-ish. I contacted support, said I only received one and that the one I did get seemed off. They told me to ship it back at my own expense and they’d refund the controller price. Shipping from the Netherlands to the US? Forty bucks. I sent it, got my original payment back after the return — but the $40 shipping? Crickets. I emailed them four times over two weeks and got no reply. It’s annoying because the controller itself actually plays fine for now, and I’m the kind of person who notices bits of detail, but the whole experience left me feeling cheated and a bit tired. If you want to avoid the stress, just pay the extra ~€15 and buy an original. Lesson learned: don’t let a decent first feel fool you.
Almost gave up, then it clicked
be persistent and ask for confirmation; a polite nudge seems to get things moving. Glad it worked out in the end, and I appreciated the refund + the fast replacement.
Too many calls, mixed outcome
different people, no answers about my order, voicemail left with no return. Eventually they admitted the item wasn't in stock after all. Annoying. On the plus side they processed my refund without fight and the price itself seemed fair, so it wasn't a disaster. My advice: if you call, get something in writing, and keep your own notes. I'm glad I didn't lose money, but the customer service was below what I expected.
