once they answered, they stuck with it, offered a store credit, then reversed and credited my card after a couple more messages. Not slick, but it worked out. I’d recommend them if you don’t need instant perfection; just be patient.
Towel's great, support not so much
buy the stuff, enjoy it, but double-check sizes and assume returns will be slow — bring patience and persistence.
Mesh surprise at brunch
I pulled the dress out for brunch and noticed the mesh sleeves had pilled — bummer. I'd bought a few rompers from them before and loved the feel, so I called customer service (I hate calling, btw). Cameron answered straight away, asked for a photo, and handled it without putting me on hold or passing me around. She agreed to send a replacement and actually sounded like she cared, which surprised me. Fabric and cuts are really nice overall, though that sleeve issue was a letdown. I first found the brand on Instagram and even recommended it to a coworker, so I'm glad they made it right.
Weekend dress, annoying exchange
Oddly, the green dress I kept is actually the comfiest thing for lazy weekends — thin fabric, cool on my skin, fits loose enough to toss on for errands. The other style just sat weird so I wanted an exchange; site said returns were free, sounded simple. It wasn't. They made me pay to send it back, then told me to reorder, email proof, and only after they got the old one they'd refund the shipping and the extra dress. Customer service was flat, like they were doing me a favor when I pushed for a return label. Process dragged on and felt unnecessary. Clothes themselves are solid for everyday wear, but that support experience puts me off. Might try elsewhere next time.
Give them a shot
I’d still give them a shot, even though the experience was clumsy and a bit frustrating. We’d been planning to buy a van for both company and personal use, maybe even rent it in a vacation/equestrian area that’s badly underserved. We booked a meeting in May for 2:00 on June 6th, and then at 12:20 that day they emailed to cancel — said they weren’t interested in our area — with less than two hours’ notice. Then someone told me it was my fault for not contacting the right department. That felt disrespectful, yeah. Other dealers have messed up too, but usually communicate sooner. If they’d just rerouted or replied earlier it would’ve been fine. I’m still hopeful though; with better communication this could work.
