it would be useful if wallet funds could also be used for gift cards. Still, for discounted game keys, it looks practical enough.
Payment Went Through, Then Everything Stalled
I wouldn’t order here again. A coworker mentioned the site because the prices looked decent, so I gave it a try. After I paid, the charge showed up right away, but my order was marked “on hold” for security. Then they asked me to upload ID documents, including a passport photo, which felt way over the line. I couldn’t get a clear answer about what happened next. The savings just weren’t worth that stress. Maybe their process works for some people, but it definitely did not inspire trust for me.
Instant delivery that never showed up
Honestly, I’d look elsewhere. I needed a game key quickly, which is why the “instant” delivery claim caught my attention, but that turned out to be the opposite of my experience. They charged me on March 26, then said the key could take two hours. Three days passed with nothing, even though the order showed completed. The game link didn’t work either. I contacted support March 27 and heard nothing back. Pretty frustrating, and definitely not somewhere I’d try again.
Misleading listing, got the wrong tier

Oddly refunded but at least I wasn’t out cash
I’m sort of annoyed, but also kind of relieved — they refunded me even though I never asked. I bought a game during a sale a few days ago because the price was great, and at first everything seemed normal. Purchase confirmed, PayPal charged, excited to install — then no activation link showed up. So I messaged support to ask where the link was, thinking it was just a hiccup. Instead of sending the key or asking a question, they reversed the charge and told me my money was returned. They did that on their own, without checking with me, without asking if I wanted a replacement, nothing. Later they waved the “technical error” flag as an explanation, which felt like a convenient excuse after the fact. It’s hard not to suspect the discount was simply too steep and they chose to cancel orders instead of honoring them (which, yeah, they set the price, so that’s on them). That said — and this is why I’m not totally sour — the refund hit my PayPal fast. So while the experience was clunky and left me wondering why I wasn’t even asked, I am grateful I didn’t have to chase a refund for ages. Customer support could’ve done a better job communicating, or at least asked what I wanted, but at least they fixed the money side promptly. If you’re buying a deeply discounted title here, be ready for the possibility they might reverse it; if that happens, you’ll likely get refunded quickly, but you’ll also feel a bit brushed off.
