I tossed this portable pickleball set in the trunk for an anniversary gift and figured it’d be fine. Paddles feel decent, not flimsy, and the balls have a nice pop. Case is light; zipper could be stronger. Support called to check in.
Unboxing moment
I knew I was happy when I tore the box open and the item looked basically perfect—like, no damage, solid build. Communication felt casual and dragged over days, but product quality made up for it. I'd buy again.

Almost returned it, glad I didn't
Bought this launcher a couple months back. I was on the fence at first — kinda worried about quality and support, since I once had a different brand die and zero help. It played great at first, then it suddenly wouldn't power on. I emailed customer service and they were actually fast and helpful. They had me send a quick video, asked a few questions, and sent a replacement within a week. That put me at ease. Happy I took the chance, really.
Box opened, balls missing
I found this paddle on Amazon because a friend recommended it, and I was actually excited — paddle arrived fine, feels solid, but the pickleballs I paid for never showed up. Support kept emailing, asking for more proof (like weirdly specific delivery stuff), so I sent a couple photos including the delivery pic they wanted. It's been days with radio silence now. Would like either the balls or a refund; still hopeful, but annoyed and waiting — not ideal.
