I just tried ordering contact lenses from AC Lens for the first time, and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed with their customer service and how quickly they got everything done. I had a really annoying time with another company, so I decided to switch it up and give AC Lens a shot, and I'm so happy I did. I placed my order on a Saturday morning, and less than an hour later, they were already reaching out to confirm my doctor's info. The lady I talked to was super nice, really helpful, and even asked for my doc's Saturday hours to speed things up. Five days later, my contacts showed up at my door. The coolest part was that paying a little extra for faster shipping was only 3 bucks more than the regular shipping cost - a nice surprise. The way they hustled to get my order processed so quickly and with such care was seriously impressive, and now I'm definitely sticking with AC Lens for all my contact lens needs.

I damaged my previous eyeglass on a trip and i was kinda looking for some urgent solutions. i found this and without thinking too much i made my first purchase.
Surprisingly, it was not that bad at all! Even i was not thinking too much about quality but it turned out really well. The frame was perfect and it was not uncomfortable at all.

I just wanted to share about my recent shopping experience with this company - it was actually really good! I had a bad time with another company, so I reached out to customer service here for help. The person I talked to was super nice and actually checked if the product I wanted was in stock before I bought it. After I placed my order, I got an email saying they upgraded my shipping to expedited for free, so I got my stuff real quick. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how well they took care of me.

They ended up shipping my order out the same day, which was a nice surprise. Plus, their prices were the best out of the seven places I checked out. Right now, I'm happy with AC Lens and will for sure think about buying from them again.

I just made my first order and it shipped out the very next day! The customer service through live chat was so helpful, they even double-checked the inventory for me before I confirmed my order. The price was unbelievable and I'm just so thrilled with how everything went.

I just bought some contact lenses and got them delivered super fast. I ordered them on a holiday, but got a tracking number the following day and they showed up on Thursday. The price was the best I could find, and I'm really satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely order from here again. Thanks for the awesome service!
Contact lens order
I ordered some contact lenses from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, it wasn't the best time. I gave them my prescription, but when the lenses showed up, they just didn't make things crystal clear for me. I contacted customer service, and they were super nice and tried to help out, but even the replacement lenses they sent didn't do the trick. I even checked with my eye doctor to make sure the prescription was right, and it was. Seemed like the issue was with the lenses themselves. In the end, the company gave me a full refund, which was cool of them. All in all, not the greatest experience with my purchase.
