I needed this for client presentations, so it mattered. The order process was messy — slow replies, different answers each time, and I felt like I was chasing info for weeks. That said the final product actually looks fine and does the job on my desk. Still, the back-and-forth gave me extra stress I didn't need. I'd use them again only if I had time to babysit the order, not when I'm rushed or on tight deadlines.
Smooth delivery, reliable support
I was skeptical at first — the photos online can be misleading — but delivery arrived on the day they promised and the crew were efficient. There was a small issue with a connector, I reported it and customer service shipped a replacement right away, which I appreciated. The sectional fits our living room, works for working from the couch and movie nights, cleans up easily, and looks pricier than it was. Overall, relieved and pretty satisfied for everyday use.
Sofa saga, but useful
they sent replacement slipcovers quick, but they use Velcro straps instead of zippers, which made putting them on a wrestling match. Fabric started pilling after a few weeks despite washing and using a shaver. I reported it early and later asked for an exchange, but got bumped because of a 30-day rule. Looks good, sort of works, not great for long sittin’.
Feels great, handled poorly
The couch itself feels great — solid and comfy, the fabric is soft and looks like it should hold up. But it arrived with deep scratches across the arm and back. I sent photos the next day and they told me the damage happened at the warehouse. Their fix was $100 back on a $2,000+ couch or an exchange that could also be damaged. They basically said fix it myself. I've had better experiences with other companies who replaced or picked up without hassle. Not what I expected.
Unpacked regret
I remember standing in my living room, halfway through unwrapping the sofa, wondering why I even trusted the website despite the sketchy return notes. I asked customer support before ordering and they reassured me about returns, so I went ahead. The couch arrived stained and slightly crooked — seams off, cushions misaligned — and the delivery crew had already tossed the shipping box. I reported it the same day but was told without the box they won’t accept a return and would only refund about 10%. I’ve bought furniture online before and never had to fight like this. The whole thing left me annoyed and a bit wary; I wouldn’t recommend this seller to friends.
