The couch itself feels great — solid and comfy, the fabric is soft and looks like it should hold up. But it arrived with deep scratches across the arm and back. I sent photos the next day and they told me the damage happened at the warehouse. Their fix was $100 back on a $2,000+ couch or an exchange that could also be damaged. They basically said fix it myself. I've had better experiences with other companies who replaced or picked up without hassle. Not what I expected.
Unpacked regret
I remember standing in my living room, halfway through unwrapping the sofa, wondering why I even trusted the website despite the sketchy return notes. I asked customer support before ordering and they reassured me about returns, so I went ahead. The couch arrived stained and slightly crooked — seams off, cushions misaligned — and the delivery crew had already tossed the shipping box. I reported it the same day but was told without the box they won’t accept a return and would only refund about 10%. I’ve bought furniture online before and never had to fight like this. The whole thing left me annoyed and a bit wary; I wouldn’t recommend this seller to friends.
