I thought I was done picking everything and clicked order for a pretty big haul, and then it went radio silent. Status stayed on processing for days, their site promised a timeframe, nothing. I emailed, they said asap. I asked again for an estimate and then they just canceled the whole thing and asked me to buy again. The worst part was losing the discounts that made the order worth it — that wasn't mentioned and feels careless. No real explanation, no offer to make it right, just shrug. If you're buying a lot, maybe check they can actually ship before you commit. Kind of annoying, honestly. Not happy about that.
Morning routine made simpler
Woke up thinking about how a small change can quiet the morning fuss. Picked up a few things for the family and myself — mainly the Age Control moisturizing cream and the Extreme Day & Night treatment. Been using the cream for about a week after showers and right after shaving; it's hydrating, kind of rich but not greasy, and it soaks in. The day/night product impressed me because a little actually goes a long way, which matters when you use it every day. Delivery to Australia took just over a week and everything arrived well packaged. Price is a bit steep, so I'm glad I caught a sale. Will reorder when there's another deal.

buy for the product, not the promise of extras.
Good product, sloppy support
their site auto-corrected my address and I only noticed after. I emailed to fix it and waited four days for a reply. At first they said they'd cancel the order, then a few days later they emailed again saying it had already shipped and couldn't be canceled. I called UPS to check the address, figured I was covered, but on delivery day the company requested the package be returned to sender. Sent another email and waited three more days for an answer. Calls went unanswered most of the time. So yeah — good product, but the communication and handling were messy and slow. I've had better service from other beauty brands and even retailers. It’s disappointing because I wanted to support them directly after Ulta stopped carrying the line, but the customer service honestly lets the experience down. Felt frustrated, a bit let down.
Mixed bag — great stuff, terrible support
the products are fine, but dealing with customer service was a pain and I wouldn't recommend buying without patience. Okay, here’s what happened. I tried to place an order and take advantage of free shipping. Simple, right? Not so much. Their website and an email I got (from the CEO, oddly) apparently disagreed on the minimum for free shipping. The email said $50. The site said $69. I only found out the hard way when the checkout wanted extra stuff added or extra charges. So I reluctantly added things I didn’t want just to hit the threshold. Not ideal. Then I try to get help. That’s when things went downhill. The people I reached out to were unhelpful and at times flat-out dismissive. Short answers. No real effort to fix the mix-up. At one point they told me I was wrong about the $50, then later admitted the email wasn’t updated. That flip-flop felt sloppy and kind of rude. I get mistakes happen. I don't get rudeness. They also said once the order was placed it couldn't be changed, which is fair in some systems, but they never offered an actual workaround. No phone number to call, either, which felt weird — like being trapped in an email loop. So I decided to cancel or return some items. Communication there was slow and confusing. Their website doesn’t clearly state who pays return shipping, and when I asked, the answers were vague. After a week without proper follow-up I filed a dispute through PayPal and my bank. Not my favorite thing to do, but I felt like I had no choice. Update: PayPal dispute moved things. The company ended up crediting my account for the items I had questions about, refunded the rest, and even issued a 30% discount code for a future purchase. So yeah, I got my money back and a gesture of goodwill. That’s why I bumped my personal rating up from a very low score to a more middling one. I’m happy about the resolution, but annoyed that it took a fight. I still like the products. They work. If they just fixed their website details, offered a real phone line, and trained their reps to not be dismissive, this whole ordeal would have been avoidable. Advice to others: check your confirmation emails carefully, screenshot the free-shipping details, and be ready to be persistent. I’ll probably buy again — cautiously. But next time I’ll keep screenshots and a headache aspirin handy.
Wonderful experience
Ahava is really awesome site, i discovered this last year and i tried the bath gel and lotion so far. Both are really good and its really effective. Especially if i talk about the lotion. The body lotion is soft on skin which gets easily absorbed and its not oily or sticky at all. The odor is nice too and it gives me a fresh feeling. I have been using the body lotion for seven months or maybe more, its my rough counting. Anyway, so far i used it daily and my skin looks better and healthy.
I like the products from here , its good for skin and its really suitable too. However, they have super good selections but the products are limited so yeah that's a disadvantage. i hope they introduce more items soon because they are good
