CD purchase; Brahms
I've been a customer of this company for years and once again, they really went above and beyond with their amazing customer service. I got a Brahms CD that was not up to par quality-wise, so I contacted their customer service. I was so surprised by how quickly they responded! They not only refunded me for the CD in no time, but they also didn't forget about the coupon issue I had asked them about. They put the coupon value in my account without any trouble. It's this kind of dependable and quick service that makes me keep coming back to this company over and over again.
Multiple books
I recently ordered some stuff from this site and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the delivery address. I just found out that my son's address was the default on the site, so all the stuff got sent to him instead of me. I should have checked the address earlier, but it would have been nice if there was a clearer heads-up about the default setting. It took me a bit to figure out what had happened, and now I've got to work with my son to get my stuff back. Ordering was pretty smooth overall, but this default address thing really threw a wrench in things.
Book order
I ordered a book and chose the express shipping option. I was so happy when my order arrived quickly, especially because I've had some slow experiences with other online bookstores in the past. Alibris really came through with their promise of fast delivery, and I was super grateful for that. It would have been nice to have a general customer service number for any questions, but the seller did a great job communicating with me promptly and effectively. I will definitely be buying from them again next time I need a book.

I am buying books and moves from here for the past six or seven months and damn i ever felt like i am stuck or something !!
They have the best collection of good range in books, i love all the genre they have and i find it really good too

I ordered some books online not too long ago, and even though they arrived on time, I was bummed to see that the soft covers were a bit beat up. It looks like they were kinda roughed up while they were being packed, with all the edges bent, wrinkled, and creased. Even the outer covers weren't as tough as I hoped. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed by the shape they were in when they got to me.
Art book purchase
I just bought this art book that was listed as "acceptable" condition, but guess what? It was pretty much new! Only had a tiny bend in the back cover corner. I've ordered from this company before and they always exceed my expectations. Love how spot-on they are with their descriptions.
Recent book purchase
I just bought something on this website and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how it all turned out. They had a ton of books to pick from, which was cool. The prices were fair and the service was quick and dependable. Only downside was when I tried using the mobile site with search engines other than Chrome, it was a pain. Couldn't log in with DuckDuckGo either. But, I eventually found what I needed and got it ordered.
Timely delivery
I just ordered a book from this online store and I was pretty happy with how fast it arrived. I placed the order on a Monday and got it by the weekend. The only problem was that it got sent to my old address, my bad for not checking the shipping info more carefully. Luckily, my son lives at that address and he was able to grab the package for me. Even with that little hiccup, I was satisfied with the service overall.
Recent book purchase
I recently bought a book from this website and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The customer service rep who helped me was super nice and helpful, especially when I had a question about delivery. The book showed up in great shape and was just as described online. Overall, I'm a happy camper and will definitely be coming back to this site for more books in the future.
Children's workbooks
I've always had good luck shopping on this site. Whenever I can't find certain books for my grandkids, Alibris comes to the rescue. The workbooks I got for them recently weren't available anywhere else, but I found them on Alibris. I was so happy to find them and I placed my order right away. The workbooks showed up in great shape, and I'm really happy with my purchase. Thanks a bunch!
